ICP-AES法測定磷礦漿煙氣脫硫劑固液相中硫含量的研究

【摘要】:SO2是大氣主要污染物,與霧霾的形成有直接關系,煙氣脫硫是保護環(huán)境、減少霧霾的有效措施。磷礦漿法煙氣脫硫是一種以磷礦漿為吸收劑的新型脫硫方法。采用電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜(ICPAES)法測定磷礦漿煙氣脫硫劑固液相(磷礦粉、磷礦漿脫硫液和脫硫渣)中硫含量。在選定了較靈敏的硫分析線后,探討了ICP光譜儀工作條件對分析結果的影響,同時研究了樣品預處理方法以及共存元素對硫測定結果的影響。分別用三種不同的方式對磷礦粉、磷礦漿脫硫液和脫硫渣樣品進行前處理,確保樣品溶解完全。選用181.973nm光譜線為分析線,避免共存元素的光譜干擾。選擇儀器的入射功率為1 300W,觀測高度為12mm,霧化氣流量為0.65L·min-1,泵進樣量為1.5mL·min-1。在光譜儀最佳分析條件下,利用該方法測定磷礦粉、磷礦漿脫硫液及脫硫渣中硫的含量,其檢出限為0.000 38%,加標回收率在89.5%~104.5%之間,相對標準偏差(RSD)≤2.30%,同時與硫酸鋇重量法進行對比實驗,結果基本吻合,相對偏差≤3.88%,該方法簡便快捷,精密度和準確度較高,適用于磷礦漿脫除煙氣SO2的科研及生產(chǎn)中。
[Abstract]:SO2 is a major pollutant in the atmosphere, which is directly related to the formation of haze. Flue gas desulfurization (FGD) is to protect the environment. It is a new desulfurization method with phosphate rock slurry as absorbent. The method of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) is used to determine the solid liquid phase (phosphate rock powder) of flue gas desulfurization agent of phosphate rock slurry. Sulfur content in desulphurization solution and slag of phosphate rock slurry. After selecting a sensitive sulfur analysis line, the influence of working conditions of ICP spectrometer on the analysis results was discussed. At the same time, the sample pretreatment method and the influence of coexisting elements on the sulfur determination results were studied. The samples of phosphate rock powder, phosphate rock slurry desulfurization solution and desulfurized slag were pretreated in three different ways. The sample is dissolved completely. The 181.973nm spectral line is chosen as the analysis line to avoid the spectral interference of coexisting elements. The incident power of the instrument is 1 300W, the observation height is 12mm, the atomization gas flow rate is 0.65L min-1, and the pump injection quantity is 1.5mL min-1. Under the optimum analytical conditions of the spectrometer, This method was used to determine the sulfur content in phosphate rock powder, phosphate slurry desulfurization solution and desulphurized slag. The detection limit was 0.000 and the recovery rate was between 89.55% and 104.5%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 2.30. The results were in good agreement with the barium sulfate gravimetric method. The relative deviation is less than 3.88. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and accurate. It is suitable for the research and production of SO2 removal from flue gas by phosphate slurry.
