煤礦層狀巖體壓力拱演化規(guī)律的相似模擬

【摘要】:采動作用下的巖體應力轉(zhuǎn)移變化所形成的壓力拱特征研究,對于采礦巖層控制和巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定具有重要的科學價值;诶碚摲治龊拖嗨撇牧衔锢砟P蛯嶒,分析了綜放工作面上覆巖層變形破壞形態(tài)及其應力轉(zhuǎn)移變化規(guī)律,證實了采礦礦壓以壓力拱的形式轉(zhuǎn)移。研究表明:采煤工作面推進后,伴隨著采場巖層應力的不斷轉(zhuǎn)移和調(diào)整,將在采場巖層中形成一個承擔上覆巖層重力的壓力拱,其空間形態(tài)近似為長軸在開采面推進向短軸與工作面平行向的雞蛋殼形厚壁結(jié)構(gòu)。工作面初采開始后,隨其推進距離的增加,壓力拱向周邊巖層深部延伸;拱體厚度增大、拱內(nèi)巖層應力升高。
[Abstract]:The study on the characteristics of the pressure arch formed by the change of stress transfer of rock mass under mining action is of great scientific value for the control of mining strata and the stability of roadway surrounding rock, based on theoretical analysis and physical model experiments of similar materials. This paper analyzes the deformation and failure pattern of overlying strata and its stress transfer change law in fully mechanized top-coal caving face, and proves that the mining pressure is transferred in the form of pressure arch. The study shows that: after the coal face is pushed forward, With the constant transfer and adjustment of stope stress, a pressure arch will be formed in the stope to bear the gravity of overlying strata. Its spatial form is approximately the egg shell structure with long axis advancing to the short axis and parallel to the face on the mining face. With the increase of the advance distance, the pressure arch extends to the deep layer of the surrounding rock with the increase of the initial mining distance, and the thickness of the arch body increases. The stress in the arch is increased.
