【摘要】:煤炭行業(yè)是一種高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高投入的行業(yè),對(duì)國(guó)家政策的敏感程度較高,在扼住我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈的同時(shí),對(duì)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也有著極大的推動(dòng)作用,因此,其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r時(shí)刻受到我國(guó)政府的關(guān)注與重視。煤炭作為不可再生的資源,是煤炭企業(yè)的主要原料,由于開(kāi)采粗放,煤炭資源消耗日益嚴(yán)重使得企業(yè)面臨資源短缺的問(wèn)題,同時(shí),在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷、油價(jià)沖擊劇烈,環(huán)保意識(shí)激增、新能源研發(fā)取得了極大進(jìn)展的大環(huán)境下,煤炭企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)停滯不前進(jìn)入瓶頸期,因此越來(lái)越多的煤炭行業(yè)積極尋求適應(yīng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略。在當(dāng)前這種環(huán)境下,許多大型煤炭企業(yè)選擇多元化戰(zhàn)略,企業(yè)多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)是否成功,關(guān)鍵在于對(duì)企業(yè)核心能力的有效利用。因此,選擇適合自身發(fā)展的多元化戰(zhàn)略變得十分重要。LA股份有限公司是以煤炭作為主業(yè),近年來(lái),雖然煤炭業(yè)務(wù)成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng),但與煤炭相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)舉步維艱,已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響公司的發(fā)展。因此論文以L(fǎng)A股份有限公司作為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用多元化戰(zhàn)略理論對(duì)LA戰(zhàn)略多元化戰(zhàn)略選擇進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,以提高公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。同時(shí),在這種新形勢(shì)下,也對(duì)地區(qū)其他煤炭企業(yè)良性發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒意義。論文從LA股份有限公司整體概況與經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析出目前公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)中存在的問(wèn)題。然后,根據(jù)LA股份有限公司自身實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合LA股份有限公司外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件分析,并運(yùn)用SWOT分析法分析LA股份有限公司優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇與威脅,構(gòu)造矩陣分析出不同的戰(zhàn)略的優(yōu)勢(shì),為L(zhǎng)A股份有限公司進(jìn)行多元化戰(zhàn)略的選擇提供思路。最后,從多元化的原則、路徑選擇、目標(biāo)、布局以及多元化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面闡述LA股份有限公司多元化戰(zhàn)略的選擇,得出LA股份有限公司多元化戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施與保障措施。研究認(rèn)為,應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)LA股份有限公司內(nèi)外部發(fā)展?fàn)顩r積極實(shí)施多元化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,在積極發(fā)展煤炭核心產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時(shí)大力發(fā)展電力、多晶硅、煤制油等新興能源和煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè),逐漸形成“一個(gè)核心產(chǎn)業(yè),兩大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)以及電氣制造、機(jī)械、化肥等支持產(chǎn)業(yè)、高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)的煤基關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群”的格局。
[Abstract]:The coal industry is a kind of high risk and high input industry, which is sensitive to the national policy. It has a great role in promoting the development of other industries while strangling the economic lifeline of our country. Coal, as a non-renewable resource, is the main raw material of coal enterprises. Because of extensive mining, the consumption of coal resources is increasingly serious, which makes enterprises face the problem of resource shortage. In the global economic downturn, the sharp impact of oil prices, the sharp increase in environmental awareness, and the great progress made in new energy research and development, coal enterprises have stalled and entered a bottleneck period. Therefore, more and more coal industries actively seek strategies to adapt to the development of enterprises. In the current environment, many large coal enterprises choose diversification strategies, and whether the diversification of enterprises is successful, The key lies in the effective utilization of the core competence of the enterprise. Therefore, it has become very important to choose a diversified strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise. La Co., Ltd., which takes coal as its main business, has been successfully internationalized in recent years. However, the difficulty of coal related business has seriously affected the development of the company. Therefore, the thesis takes LA Co., Ltd. as the research object, applies the theory of diversification strategy to carry on the systematic research on the choice of LA strategy diversification strategy. In order to improve the competitiveness of the company, realize the sustainable and stable development. At the same time, under this new situation, it also has certain reference significance for the benign development of other coal enterprises in the region. Then, according to the actual situation of LA Co., Ltd, combined with the external environment and internal conditions of LA Co., Ltd. And using SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of LA Co., Ltd., the construction matrix analysis of different strategic advantages, LA Co., Ltd., to provide ideas for the choice of diversification strategy. From the aspects of diversification principle, path choice, goal, layout and diversified industrial structure, this paper expounds the choice of the diversification strategy of LA Co., Ltd., and obtains the implementation and safeguard measures of the diversification strategy of LA Co., Ltd. According to the internal and external development of LA Co., Ltd., we should actively implement the diversified development strategy to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise, and vigorously develop the electric power and polysilicon while actively developing the core industry of coal. The new energy and chemical industries such as coal oil and coal chemical industry have gradually formed the pattern of "one core industry, two pillar industries, and support industries such as electrical manufacturing, machinery, fertilizer and high-tech industries."
