府谷某高灰長(zhǎng)焰煤煤泥浮選試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著低階煤資源的大量開(kāi)采,細(xì)粒級(jí)分選問(wèn)題進(jìn)一步凸顯。前人研究證明,使用常規(guī)浮選無(wú)法解決這一難題。由王永田教授等研發(fā)的新型復(fù)配藥劑FO系列,對(duì)低階煤煤泥可以實(shí)現(xiàn)較好的分選。本文用復(fù)配藥劑FO系列做捕收劑對(duì)府谷某高灰長(zhǎng)焰煤煤泥進(jìn)行浮選試驗(yàn)研究,主要的探究?jī)?nèi)容如下:使用紅外光譜分析,證實(shí)煤泥表面存在大量含氧官能團(tuán),導(dǎo)致煤泥疏水性差;由XRD以及XPS分析可知,煤泥中大部分的脈石礦物是Si O2。通過(guò)煤泥性質(zhì)分析可知,該煤泥具有一定的利用價(jià)值。篩取-0.5mm粒級(jí)的物料進(jìn)入浮選系統(tǒng)。入浮煤泥灰分為38.87%,實(shí)驗(yàn)室采用一粗一精的浮選工藝。柴油藥劑消耗量為8kg/t時(shí),精煤灰分7.05%,產(chǎn)率40.84%;使用新型復(fù)配藥劑FO作為捕收劑,當(dāng)藥劑用量為2.5kg/t時(shí),浮選精煤產(chǎn)率能達(dá)到40%左右。結(jié)果證明,FO藥劑在降低藥劑消耗,提高精煤產(chǎn)率方面優(yōu)于柴油。半工業(yè)試驗(yàn)浮選柱一次分選,結(jié)果顯示:低濃度直接浮選中FO1用量為2.0kg/t時(shí),精煤灰分為7.49%,精煤產(chǎn)率為57.84%;使用濾餅調(diào)漿浮選,FO1用量為2.0kg/t時(shí),精煤灰分10.76%,精煤產(chǎn)率55.42%。對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)低濃度條件下可以獲得更佳的浮選指標(biāo)。調(diào)漿浮選中,FO2用量為1.5kg/t時(shí),精煤灰分10.86%,精煤產(chǎn)率60.03%;FO3用量為1.5kg/t時(shí),效果略優(yōu)于FO2。從分選結(jié)果來(lái)看,FO3捕收效果最佳,后續(xù)親油親水比以及潤(rùn)濕熱測(cè)定結(jié)果證實(shí)這一結(jié)論。用新型復(fù)配FO系列藥劑作捕收劑,是低階煤煤泥浮選工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的重大進(jìn)步。對(duì)低階煤煤泥進(jìn)行浮選,可以提高資源的利用效率,對(duì)提高煤礦的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the large exploitation of low-rank coal resources, the problem of fine grain-grade separation becomes more prominent. Previous studies have proved that conventional flotation can not solve this problem. The FO series, a new compound agent developed by Professor Wang Yongtian and others, has been developed. In this paper, the flotation experiment of Fugu coal slime with high ash and long flame is carried out by using the compound agent FO series as collector. The main contents are as follows: using infrared spectrum analysis, It is proved that there are a large number of oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of the slime, which leads to poor hydrophobicity of the slime, and the analysis of XRD and XPS shows that most of the gangue minerals in the slime are Sio _ 2. The slime has certain utilization value. The material of -0.5mm particle size is taken into the flotation system. The slime ash is divided into 38.87.The flotation process of one coarse and one fine is used in the laboratory. When the consumption of diesel oil reagent is 8kg/t, The ash content of clean coal is 7.05 and the yield is 40.84.The new compound agent FO is used as collector. When the dosage of reagent is 2.5kg/t, the yield of flotation clean coal can reach about 40%. The results show that when the amount of FO1 in low concentration direct flotation is 2.0kg/t, the coal ash is divided into 7.49 and 57.84 percent. The ash content of clean coal is 10.76 and the yield of clean coal is 55.42. It is found that a better flotation index can be obtained under the condition of low concentration. When the dosage of FO _ 2 in slurry flotation is 1.5kg/t, the ash content of clean coal is 10.86 and the yield of clean coal is 60.03 and the dosage of FO3 is 1.5kg/t. The result is a little better than that of FO2.The result of separation shows that FO _ 3 has the best collection effect, and the hydrophilic ratio of hydrophilic oil and moisture are determined to confirm this conclusion. A new type of compound FO series medicament is used as collector. The flotation of low rank coal slime can improve the utilization efficiency of resources and improve the economic benefit of coal mine.
