【摘要】:針對某雙管定向鉆機,提出了基于Pareto最優(yōu)原理的鉆進(jìn)參數(shù)多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化方法。該方法根據(jù)鉆機性能與工況,考慮水力對鉆頭比能影響,確定了鉆進(jìn)參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型。針對罰函數(shù)處理約束條件的不足,引入了改進(jìn)約束條件處理策略,提出了基于小生境思想擁擠度值計算方法及自適應(yīng)交叉和變異算子。測試了改進(jìn)算法的性能,并將改進(jìn)算法用于求解基于某煤礦工程實際建立的鉆機鉆進(jìn)參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型。研究結(jié)果表明:與NSGA-Ⅱ和MOPSO算法相比,改進(jìn)算法在求解測試問題時具有更好的收斂性與分布性。利用改進(jìn)算法求解實際問題時得到的Pareto前端解集分布均勻,而且有效提高了機械鉆速,延長了鉆頭壽命并降低了鉆頭比能。
[Abstract]:A multi-objective optimization method of drilling parameters based on Pareto optimal principle is proposed for a double-pipe directional drilling rig. According to the performance and working conditions of drilling rig, the influence of hydraulic power on the specific energy of drill bit is considered. The optimization model of drilling parameters is determined. In view of the deficiency of penalty function in dealing with constraint conditions, an improved constraint treatment strategy is introduced. Based on the niche idea, a method for calculating crowding degree and an adaptive crossover and mutation operator are proposed, and the performance of the improved algorithm is tested. The improved algorithm is used to solve the drilling parameters optimization model based on a coal mine project. The results show that, compared with NSGA- 鈪,
