西馬礦膏體充填材料最佳混合比確定

【摘要】:降低生產(chǎn)成本并滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程要求是選擇充填材料配比要考慮的2個(gè)主要指標(biāo)。采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法確定實(shí)驗(yàn)方案為三因素五水平,三因素為水泥含量百分比、灰矸比和膏體濃度。對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行直觀分析和方差分析,得出影響早期強(qiáng)度的因素是水泥量百分比和膏體濃度,影響最終強(qiáng)度的因素是水泥量百分比和灰矸比。應(yīng)用多元線性回歸和高斯消去法求解出膏體濃度的最優(yōu)配比:水泥量百分比為12.705%,灰矸比為0.400,膏體濃度為77.498%。最后對(duì)最優(yōu)配比的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試,第7 d的測(cè)試結(jié)果為0.93 MPa,第28 d的測(cè)試結(jié)果為3.21MPa,都滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程要求。
[Abstract]:Reducing the production cost and meeting the requirements of field engineering are the two main indexes to be considered in selecting the proportion of filling materials. The orthogonal experimental design method is used to determine that the experimental scheme is three factors and five levels, and three factors are the percentage of cement content. The direct analysis and variance analysis of the experimental results show that the factors affecting the early strength are the percentage of cement and the concentration of paste. The factors that affect the final strength are the percentage of cement content and the ratio of ash to gangue. The optimum proportion of paste concentration is obtained by using multiple linear regression and Gao Si elimination method: the percentage of cement content is 12.705%, the ratio of cement to gangue is 0.400, and the concentration of paste is 77.4988.Finally, the ratio of cement to gangue is 0.400, the ratio of cement to gangue is 0.400. The strength of the optimal ratio is tested in the laboratory, On the 7th day, the test results were 0.93 MPA, and on the 28th day the results were 3.21 MPA, which met the requirements of field engineering.
