【摘要】：本文根據(jù)采煤機(jī)截齒的截煤特點(diǎn),從采煤機(jī)的截割對(duì)象一煤出發(fā),經(jīng)過推導(dǎo)得到截齒截煤的數(shù)學(xué)模型,從而分析了滾筒的受力和所受轉(zhuǎn)矩情況,并得到采煤機(jī)行星減速器關(guān)鍵零件的力學(xué)模型。然后利用MATLAB軟件對(duì)采煤機(jī)關(guān)鍵零件的數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行仿真,得到采煤機(jī)行星減速器關(guān)鍵零件的受力和轉(zhuǎn)矩的關(guān)系變化曲線,并加以分析。說明關(guān)系曲線產(chǎn)生的原因,而后利用對(duì)Pro/Engineer的應(yīng)用對(duì)行星減速器進(jìn)行建模得到三維實(shí)體圖,并保存成IGS格式,這樣就可以通過兩個(gè)軟件的接口將Pro/Engineer中繪制好的各關(guān)鍵零件的模型導(dǎo)入ANSYS Workbench中,出現(xiàn)減速器關(guān)鍵零件的有限元模型,通過ANSYS Workbench對(duì)行星齒輪傳動(dòng)減速器進(jìn)行有限元處理,得到的行星減速器關(guān)鍵部件：行星架、行星軸、太陽輪的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變和總變形的分析云圖,并加以分析,找到幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵位置受力的原因,通過本論文對(duì)今后采煤機(jī)向小體積、大功率的優(yōu)化提供可靠的數(shù)據(jù)分析理論。
[Abstract]:According to the coal cutting characteristics of shearer, the mathematical model of cutting coal is derived from the coal cutting object of shearer, and the force and torque of the drum are analyzed. The mechanical model of the key parts of the planetary reducer of the shearer is obtained, and then the mathematical model of the key part of the shearer is simulated by MATLAB software, and the relationship between the force and the torque of the key part of the planetary reducer of the shearer is obtained. The reason of the relationship curve is explained, and then using the application of Pro/Engineer to model the planetary reducer to get the three-dimensional solid graph, and save it to IGS format. In this way, the model of each key part drawn in Pro/Engineer can be imported into ANSYS Workbench through the interface of two softwares, and the finite element model of the key parts of reducer appears, and the planetary gear reducer can be treated by finite element method through ANSYS Workbench. The key components of planetary reducer: planetary frame, planetary shaft, sun wheel stress, strain and total deformation are analyzed and analyzed to find out the causes of several key positions of the force, and through this paper to the shearer to small volume in the future, High power optimization provides reliable data analysis theory.
