基于應(yīng)力分帶特征的順層鉆孔合理封孔深度研究

【摘要】:煤層瓦斯抽采鉆孔合理封孔深度的確定是保證鉆孔嚴(yán)密封孔、提高瓦斯抽采效果的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。為確定白龍山煤礦一井C2煤層順層鉆孔的合理封孔深度,以煤巷掘進(jìn)工作面鉆屑瓦斯解吸指標(biāo)K1值和鉆屑量S值為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),開展基于應(yīng)力分帶特征的順層鉆孔合理封孔深度研究并進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:C2煤層煤巷掘進(jìn)工作面巷幫0~3 m為卸壓帶,3~7 m為集中應(yīng)力帶,7 m以深為原始應(yīng)力帶;C2煤層煤巷掘進(jìn)工作面順層鉆孔合理封孔深度應(yīng)在7 m以上;試驗(yàn)鉆孔瓦斯抽采濃度為9%~45%,平均為27%,瓦斯抽采濃度提高1.8~5.6倍;鉆孔抽采負(fù)壓為14~16 k Pa,抽采負(fù)壓提高1.7~2.0倍,效果明顯。
[Abstract]:The determination of reasonable sealing depth of coal seam gas drainage borehole is the key technology to ensure the tight sealing hole and to improve the gas drainage effect. In order to determine the reasonable sealing depth of C2 coal seam in Bailongshan coal mine. Based on the data of gas desorption index K1 and cuttings quantity S of coal roadway driving face, the reasonable sealing depth of bedding boreholes based on stress zonation characteristics is studied and field tests are carried out. The results show that the reasonable hole sealing depth should be more than 7 m in the coal roadway driving face of C _ 2 coal seam with 0 ~ 3 m as pressure relief zone and 3 ~ 7 m as concentrated stress zone and 7 m in depth as original stress zone in coal roadway driving face of Wei C2 coal seam. The concentration of gas extraction in the test borehole is 945, the average is 27, the concentration of gas extraction is 1.85.6 times higher, the negative pressure of borehole drainage is 1416kPa, the negative pressure of drainage is 1.720 times, the effect is obvious.
