【摘要】：正積極認(rèn)識經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài),適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài),樹立"進(jìn)是發(fā)展、退也是發(fā)展"理念,率先在集團(tuán)實(shí)施礦井分類管理。河南省許平煤業(yè)有限公司(簡稱許平煤業(yè))的一體化管理既有兩翼地域的統(tǒng)一,不同礦井、不同類型上的統(tǒng)一,也有管理管控上理念、制度、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、考核的統(tǒng)一。該企業(yè)以"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"理念為引領(lǐng),以系統(tǒng)論、控制論為支撐,構(gòu)建一個體系、創(chuàng)新六大舉措、強(qiáng)化一個保證、實(shí)現(xiàn)"三保"目標(biāo)。
