混合比較區(qū)間多目標(biāo)進(jìn)化優(yōu)化及在礦井RFID布局的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:高效的區(qū)間Pareto支配比較對(duì)于提高區(qū)間多目標(biāo)進(jìn)化優(yōu)化算法性能至關(guān)重要.針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的區(qū)間多目標(biāo)進(jìn)化優(yōu)化采用單一區(qū)間數(shù)比較的不足,提出基于混合比較策略的區(qū)間多目標(biāo)進(jìn)化優(yōu)化算法.深入分析區(qū)間數(shù)μ比較和可能度P比較策略的優(yōu)劣,提出融合這兩種方法的混合比較策略和基于該混合策略的NSGA-II算法.該算法在典型多目標(biāo)區(qū)間函數(shù)和含區(qū)間不確定性的煤礦井下射頻識(shí)別閱讀器布局中的應(yīng)用,驗(yàn)證了所提出的混合區(qū)間比較策略的有效性.
[Abstract]:Efficient interval Pareto dominance comparison is very important to improve the performance of interval multi-objective evolutionary optimization algorithm. An interval multi-objective evolutionary optimization algorithm based on mixed comparison strategy is proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of interval number 渭 comparison and possibility P comparison are analyzed. A hybrid comparison strategy and a NSGA-II algorithm based on these two methods are proposed. The algorithm is applied to typical multi-objective interval function and the layout of underground RFID reader with interval uncertainty. The effectiveness of the proposed hybrid interval comparison strategy is verified.
