礦井火區(qū)封閉進(jìn)程中瓦斯爆炸危險(xiǎn)性的數(shù)值模擬分析

【摘要】:為分析火區(qū)封閉過程瓦斯爆炸危險(xiǎn)性,本文采用熱平衡法對(duì)封閉過程中煙氣影響條件下的甲烷爆炸危險(xiǎn)性開展了研究,建立了CO2與CO影響下甲烷爆炸危險(xiǎn)性變化數(shù)學(xué)模型和封閉過程中火區(qū)氣體組分演化數(shù)學(xué)模型,并采用FLUENT軟件對(duì)封閉過程中的主要?dú)怏w體積分?jǐn)?shù)變化進(jìn)行了數(shù)值分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了封閉過程中甲烷爆炸的危險(xiǎn)性,得出了甲烷爆炸危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域位置分布規(guī)律和易爆炸時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn).結(jié)果表明:封閉過程中由于受多組分煙氣存在的影響,甲烷爆炸下限受CO體積分?jǐn)?shù)的影響較大,而甲烷爆炸上限對(duì)CO2體積分?jǐn)?shù)變化較為敏感;火區(qū)封閉過程中,火源燃燒狀態(tài)由富氧燃燒變?yōu)楦蝗剂先紵蠹淄楸ㄎkU(xiǎn)區(qū)域大范圍增加,得出封閉過程中瓦斯爆炸危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域主要分布在靠近火源位置和采空區(qū)回風(fēng)側(cè),其中采空區(qū)火源位置的爆炸危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域持續(xù)時(shí)間更長(zhǎng),爆炸危險(xiǎn)度更大.
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the danger of gas explosion in the process of fire closure, the methane explosion hazard under the influence of flue gas during the process of sealing is studied by using the method of heat balance. The mathematical model of methane explosion risk change under the influence of CO2 and CO and the mathematical model of evolution of gas components in the fire zone during the sealing process are established. The variation of main gas volume fraction in the sealing process is numerically analyzed by using FLUENT software. On this basis, the danger of methane explosion during the sealing process is analyzed, and the distribution law of the dangerous area of methane explosion and the time node of easy explosion are obtained. The results show that the methane explosion is affected by the existence of multi-component smoke during the sealing process. The lower limit of methane explosion is greatly affected by CO volume fraction, while the upper limit of methane explosion is sensitive to the change of CO2 volume fraction. The dangerous area of methane explosion increases in a wide range after the combustion state of fire source is changed from oxygen-enriched combustion to fuel-rich combustion. It is concluded that the dangerous area of gas explosion is mainly located near the fire source and the return air side of goaf during the closed process. The explosion hazard area in the goaf is longer and the explosion risk is greater.
