采煤機(jī)滾筒輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:采煤機(jī)是綜采工作面最重要的設(shè)備之一,其工作機(jī)構(gòu)螺旋滾筒承擔(dān)著破煤和裝煤的兩大任務(wù),消耗其大部分功率,為了提高煤炭資源利用率和開采效率,設(shè)計(jì)出截割性能優(yōu)良的采煤機(jī)滾筒至關(guān)重要;阪型截齒的截割機(jī)理,采用MATLAB與EXCEL聯(lián)合開發(fā)了采煤機(jī)滾筒輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件,解決了滾筒的參數(shù)化建模、切削面積和方正率的計(jì)算、切削圖、截齒排列圖、截割性能曲線圖的繪制以及采煤機(jī)動態(tài)可靠性分析載荷文本的生成等問題。根據(jù)滾筒的外形尺寸、截齒和煤巖的性質(zhì)、采煤工作面的賦存條件及確定的工況等相關(guān)參數(shù),應(yīng)用此軟件為SL1000型厚煤層采煤機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)出兩種截齒排列方式的滾筒,通過對比截割性能及關(guān)鍵零件的可靠性,確定采用交叉式排列方式更為經(jīng)濟(jì)合理。該軟件可快速實(shí)現(xiàn)采煤機(jī)工作機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)、高效、低能耗的目標(biāo),縮短了采煤機(jī)滾筒的設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間,提高了采煤機(jī)滾筒的設(shè)計(jì)能力和工作性能。
[Abstract]:The shearer is one of the most important equipment in the fully mechanized coal mining face. Its working mechanism, the spiral drum, undertakes the two major tasks of breaking coal and loading coal, consumes most of its power, in order to improve the utilization ratio of coal resources and mining efficiency, It is very important to design the shearer drum with excellent cutting performance. Based on the cutting mechanism of pick cutter, the assistant design software of shearer drum is developed by using MATLAB and EXCEL, which solves the parametric modeling of shearer drum. Such problems as the calculation of cutting area and square square ratio, the cutting drawing, the arrangement diagram of cutting teeth, the drawing of cutting performance curve and the generation of load text for dynamic reliability analysis of shearer, etc., according to the size of drum, the character of cutter and coal rock, etc. This software is used to design two types of cutter drum for SL1000 thick coal seam shearer. The cutting performance and reliability of key parts are compared by comparing cutting performance and reliability of key parts. This software can realize the design of shearer's working mechanism quickly, realize the goal of high yield, high efficiency and low energy consumption, and shorten the design time of shearer drum. The design ability and working performance of shearer drum are improved.
