低變質(zhì)易自燃煤層工作面過聯(lián)絡(luò)巷自燃防治技術(shù)

【摘要】:為解決沙吉海煤礦B1003W01綜放工作面過聯(lián)絡(luò)巷期間采空區(qū)遺煤和破碎的三角煤體極易發(fā)生自燃等問題,在工作面過聯(lián)絡(luò)巷前后,調(diào)整了聯(lián)絡(luò)巷通風(fēng)設(shè)施,加強(qiáng)了自然發(fā)火預(yù)測預(yù)報(bào),采取了采空區(qū)全斷面注氮防滅火、預(yù)防性壓注三相泡沫防火、三角體煤柱打鉆注水及高分子復(fù)合膠體封堵漏風(fēng)通道等綜合防滅火技術(shù)措施。措施實(shí)施后的效果表明:在過聯(lián)絡(luò)巷2個月內(nèi),采空區(qū)內(nèi)束管檢測數(shù)據(jù)顯示均為正常,采空區(qū)CO體積分?jǐn)?shù)最高為43×10-6,上隅角CO體積分?jǐn)?shù)最高為36×10-6,聯(lián)絡(luò)巷內(nèi)溫度最高為35℃,采空區(qū)未發(fā)現(xiàn)高溫異常點(diǎn),工作面安全推過聯(lián)絡(luò)巷。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of spontaneous combustion in goaf and broken triangle coal body during the crossing of contact roadway in B1003W01 fully mechanized caving face of Shajihai Coal Mine, ventilation facilities of contact roadway were adjusted before and after crossing the contact roadway, and the prediction and prediction of spontaneous combustion were strengthened. In this paper, the full section of the goaf is protected against fire by nitrogen injection, and the three-phase foam is pressured to prevent fire. Triangle coal pillar drilling and water injection and macromolecule compound colloid plugging air leakage channel and other comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures. The effect of the measures after the implementation of the measures shows that: within 2 months after crossing the joint roadway, the test data of the beam tube in the goaf are all normal.
