深井井筒裝備快速裝配方法研究

【摘要】:我國煤炭工業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,新設(shè)計(jì)煤礦的年產(chǎn)量的增加,千米深的井筒越來越多,礦井規(guī)模越來越大,所以深井井筒裝備安裝裝配成為了建井期間的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)。煤礦建設(shè)過程中立井井筒裝備安裝工程是一個(gè)重點(diǎn)單位工程,它的危險(xiǎn)源多,管理難度大,施工工序復(fù)雜,專業(yè)性強(qiáng),工序銜接要求高[1]。井筒裝備安裝工程在施工以前必須制定施工作業(yè)計(jì)劃和編制安全技術(shù)措施,而井筒裝備施工作業(yè)方案是整個(gè)工程施工效果的決定性技術(shù)保證,是在整個(gè)工程開始施工之前應(yīng)該完成的關(guān)鍵準(zhǔn)備工作,施工方案制定的合理、有針對性,可以在施工前消除危險(xiǎn)源,使施工方案與施工區(qū)域的惡劣條件相適應(yīng),最大限度的保護(hù)施工人員的安全,保證工程質(zhì)量、保證施工進(jìn)度的正常推進(jìn)。當(dāng)前井筒裝備安裝施工工藝在技術(shù)革新的浪潮推動(dòng)下得到充分發(fā)展,但是千米井筒裝備安裝工藝相對比較落后,因此我們總結(jié)一批先進(jìn)的施工工藝,記錄了當(dāng)前施工方案的最新動(dòng)向,積極借鑒、吸收同行業(yè)的先進(jìn)之處,探索新材料的投入,大膽替換舊有設(shè)備,創(chuàng)新了一批新的施工工藝指導(dǎo)施工。我們在施工方法制定、施工設(shè)備選擇及搭配、管理資源配置、技術(shù)工藝創(chuàng)新,做到具有先進(jìn)性、科學(xué)性和可操作性,解決當(dāng)前施工工藝落后與快速建井施工需求的矛盾。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the coal industry in our country, the annual output of the newly designed coal mines has increased, and there are more and more boreholes with a kilometer depth, and the scale of the mines is becoming larger and larger. Therefore, installation and assembly of deep shaft equipment has become a difficult and important point during well building. In the process of coal mine construction, the installation of vertical shaft equipment is a key unit project, which has many dangerous sources, great difficulty in management, and complex construction procedure. The installation project of wellbore equipment must draw up construction operation plan and draw up safety technical measures before construction, and the construction plan of wellbore equipment is the decisive technical guarantee for the construction effect of the whole project. It is the key preparatory work that should be completed before the whole project begins construction. The construction plan has been formulated reasonably and pertinently, which can eliminate the dangerous sources before construction and adapt the construction plan to the bad conditions in the construction area. To maximize the protection of the safety of construction personnel, to ensure the quality of the project, and to ensure the normal progress of construction. At present, the installation and construction process of wellbore equipment has been fully developed in the light of the tide of technological innovation. However, the installation process of kilometer shaft equipment is relatively backward. Therefore, we sum up a number of advanced construction techniques, record the latest trend of the current construction plan, actively draw lessons from and absorb the advanced aspects of the same industry, and explore the input of new materials. Bold replacement of old equipment, innovation of a number of new construction technology to guide construction. We in the construction method formulation, construction equipment selection and collocation, management of resources, technological innovation, to have advanced, scientific and operational, To solve the contradiction between the backwardness of current construction technology and the requirement of rapid well construction.
