【摘要】:移動(dòng)智能終端的發(fā)展和使用超越了空間的限制,對(duì)企業(yè)管理者提供了極大便利,為企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)提供了全新的思路和方向。使用智能手機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)井下人員、設(shè)備等目標(biāo)的“全程的、實(shí)時(shí)的、連續(xù)的、精確的”定位跟蹤,礦井管理人員在井上可以隨時(shí)方便的使用手機(jī)終端了解礦井下的情況(如礦下人員數(shù)量、位置,警告信息、統(tǒng)計(jì)信息等等),并及時(shí)做出必要的處理。論文針對(duì)煤礦生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)井下手機(jī)終端APP開發(fā)進(jìn)行研究。主要工作包括以下幾個(gè)方面:第一,針對(duì)井下3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)此有他無(wú)的特點(diǎn),提出采用藍(lán)牙云網(wǎng)絡(luò)方案,并給出了具體的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。第二,針對(duì)地圖信息量大,網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸有時(shí)延,研究了手機(jī)離線地圖技術(shù),解決了從礦井施工CAD圖到shape文件,給出了從shape文件轉(zhuǎn)換為地圖初步文件,然后對(duì)手機(jī)地圖文件進(jìn)行操作的技術(shù)方案,并應(yīng)用于項(xiàng)目開發(fā)中。第三,針對(duì)現(xiàn)有ZigBee和基站定位可能沒(méi)有信號(hào)和偏差問(wèn)題,提出了利用最新的NFC技術(shù)完成人員定位和考勤技術(shù)途徑,研究了NFC技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于數(shù)字簽名的NFC卡防偽造系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了有關(guān)NFC定位考勤程序。第四,為解決井上定位和井下IP地址不同,程序訪問(wèn)服務(wù)器IP地址自動(dòng)切換問(wèn)題,提出了一種用DNS來(lái)解決的技術(shù)方案,該方案在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中效果良好。最后,為解決服務(wù)器穩(wěn)定性問(wèn)題,采用云計(jì)算技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了高性能服務(wù)器架構(gòu)。論文工作所開發(fā)的井下手機(jī)終端APP,煤礦生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用表明對(duì)礦井現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全管理發(fā)揮著重要作用。
[Abstract]:The development and use of mobile intelligent terminals transcend the limitation of space, provide great convenience to enterprise managers, and provide a new way of thinking and direction for the information construction of enterprises. The "whole process, real-time, continuous, accurate" positioning and tracking of equipment and other targets, mine managers can easily use mobile terminals to understand the situation under the mine at any time (such as the number, location, warning information, etc.). Statistical information and so on, and make necessary processing in time. This paper studies the APP development of underground mobile phone terminal in coal mine production site. The main work includes the following aspects: first, there are no other characteristics for downhole 3G network signal. This paper proposes a Bluetooth cloud network scheme, and gives a specific implementation method. Secondly, aiming at the large amount of map information and network transmission, the paper studies the off-line map technology of mobile phone, and solves the problem from CAD map to shape file in mine construction. This paper gives the technical scheme of converting the shape file to the map preliminary file, and then operates the map file of the mobile phone, and applies it to the project development. Thirdly, there may be no signal and deviation in the existing ZigBee and base station location. In this paper, the author puts forward the way to complete the personnel location and attendance by using the latest NFC technology, studies the NFC technology, designs a NFC card forgery prevention system based on digital signature, and realizes the NFC orientation attendance program. 4th, In order to solve the problem of automatic IP address switching between well location and downhole IP address, a technical solution using DNS is put forward, which has good effect in actual operation. In order to solve the problem of server stability, the high performance server architecture is designed by using cloud computing technology. The underground mobile phone terminal app, which is developed in this paper, has played an important role in mine site safety management.
