【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家“十三五”規(guī)劃的提出,建設(shè)集約、安全、高效、綠色礦區(qū)是煤礦長(zhǎng)期的奮斗目標(biāo)。礦井水作為煤礦生產(chǎn)開采過(guò)程中較大的浪費(fèi)資源,近幾年越來(lái)越受到人們的重視。利用礦井水為來(lái)源改造水源熱泵空調(diào)系統(tǒng),有效的利用礦井水的熱量,并且通過(guò)水源熱泵系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)冷熱量的循環(huán)利用。但目前煤礦的礦井水水源熱泵系統(tǒng)僅僅在主觀上判斷實(shí)施效果,因此需要建立一個(gè)完整的評(píng)價(jià)體系,全方面客觀的評(píng)價(jià)礦井水水源熱泵空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效果,對(duì)其以后的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作改進(jìn)具有指導(dǎo)意義。首先,在礦井水水源熱泵空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況和國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析影響系統(tǒng)實(shí)施效果的各個(gè)方面因素,形成一個(gè)較為完整的評(píng)價(jià)框架;其次,從定性和定量?jī)蓚(gè)角度篩選優(yōu)化指標(biāo),定性分析是根據(jù)專家意見和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,定量分析是將定量指標(biāo)兩年的數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,篩選出各個(gè)因素關(guān)聯(lián)度較大的因素,建立最終的綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系;第三,運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的層次分析法定性地確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法確定定量指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,將兩種方法所得的權(quán)重進(jìn)行組合,得到更加客觀有效的權(quán)重比值;第四,運(yùn)用灰色模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論確定灰色模糊隸屬度,定性指標(biāo)根據(jù)專家打分值運(yùn)用灰色白化權(quán)函數(shù)劃分隸屬度,定量指標(biāo)根據(jù)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用指數(shù)分布函數(shù)劃分隸屬度,由此建立灰色-模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型;最后,運(yùn)用評(píng)價(jià)模型,將該項(xiàng)目的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行灰色模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)分析,針對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問題給出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議,并檢驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the national "13th Five-Year Plan" proposed, the construction of intensive, safe, efficient and green mining areas is the long-term goal of coal mines. Mine water as a large waste of resources in the process of coal production and mining, In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the improvement of water source heat pump air conditioning system by using mine water as a source to effectively utilize the heat of mine water. But the coal mine water source heat pump system is only subjective in judging the implementation effect, so it is necessary to establish a complete evaluation system. Evaluating the operation effect of mine water source heat pump air conditioning system objectively in all aspects is of guiding significance to the future operation improvement of mine water source heat pump air conditioning system. First of all, On the basis of the actual production situation of mine water source heat pump air conditioning system and the domestic and foreign research results, this paper analyzes in detail the factors affecting the implementation effect of the system, and forms a relatively complete evaluation framework. The qualitative analysis is based on the expert opinion and the field implementation condition, and the quantitative analysis is to optimize the data of the quantitative index in two years by using the grey relational degree analysis. The factors with high correlation degree are screened out, and the final comprehensive evaluation system is established. Thirdly, the weight of the index is determined qualitatively by the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the weight of the quantitative index is determined by the grey correlation analysis. The weight of the two methods is combined to obtain a more objective and effective weight ratio. 4th, using the grey fuzzy mathematics theory to determine the grey fuzzy membership, According to the expert scoring value, the qualitative index uses the gray whitening weight function to divide the membership degree, the quantitative index uses the index distribution function to divide the membership degree according to the actual production data, and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established. By using the evaluation model, the index data of the project are analyzed by grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the corresponding improvement suggestions are given in view of the existing problems, and the validity of the evaluation model is tested.
