本地混合菌群微生物氧化難處理含金硫化精礦(英文)

【摘要】:采用含鐵氧化菌和硫氧化菌的混合嗜中溫菌群浸出阿根廷Andacollo礦的含金硫化浮選精礦。實(shí)驗(yàn)在搖瓶中進(jìn)行,礦漿濃度為10%,采用pH 1.8的含亞鐵離子的基礎(chǔ)鹽溶液作為介質(zhì)。采用不同的方法對(duì)浸出液的pH值、氧化還原電位、亞鐵離子和總金屬濃度進(jìn)行測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明,該種混合菌能夠很好地還原浸出該難處理金礦,金的回收率可達(dá)91.6%,同時(shí),銅和鋅的浸出率也較高。動(dòng)力學(xué)研究表明金屬的溶解符合收縮核模型。其中,銅的溶解速率受生成產(chǎn)物層的擴(kuò)散控制,而鋅的溶解沒(méi)有明顯的控制步驟。
[Abstract]:The gold-bearing sulphide flotation concentrate of Argentine Andacollo ore was leached by mixed thermophilic bacteria containing ferric oxidizing bacteria and sulfur oxidizing bacteria. The experiment was carried out in a shaking flask. The pulp concentration is 10, the base salt solution containing ferrous ion with pH 1.8 is used as the medium. The pH value, the redox potential, the ferrous ion and the total metal concentration of the leaching solution are determined by different methods. The results show that the pH value, the redox potential, the iron ion and the total metal concentration of the leachate are determined by different methods. The mixed bacteria can reduce and leach the refractory gold ore very well, the recovery of gold can reach 91.6 and the leaching rate of copper and zinc is also higher. The kinetic study shows that the dissolution of metal accords with the shrinking nucleus model. The dissolution rate of copper is controlled by the diffusion of the formed product layer, while the dissolution of zinc has no obvious controlling steps.
