蘭尖鐵礦露天轉地下過程中礦石覆蓋層回收方法試驗研究

【摘要】:攀鋼蘭尖鐵礦經(jīng)過數(shù)十年的露天開采,現(xiàn)已經(jīng)正式轉入地下開采,并且采用了高效、安全的無底柱分段崩落法。與國內(nèi)外許多露天轉地下礦山不同的是,攀鋼蘭尖鐵礦采用了崩落頂部分段礦石的方式形成礦石覆蓋層,目前礦石覆蓋層已基本形成。據(jù)初略估算,作為礦石覆蓋層的礦石量達數(shù)百萬噸,經(jīng)濟價值上億元。然而,礦山在開采設計中并沒有提及礦石覆蓋層是否回收以及如何回收的問題。蘭尖鐵礦的礦體屬于傾斜礦體,傾角在40~50°。隨著回采分段的不斷下移,如果不采取適當措施對礦石覆蓋層進行及時回收,其將不可避免的逐步損失在礦體下盤或成為礦巖混雜層損失到地下。根據(jù)礦山不同區(qū)域礦石覆蓋層的形成方式,在實驗室進行相似物理模擬試驗,認識了礦石覆蓋層形態(tài)、厚度及組成情況,并提出了采用誘導冒落法為主的巖石覆蓋層形成方法。同時,設計了無貧化、低貧化、截止品位以及按步距崩礦量的100%比例出礦方案并進行了回收模擬試驗。通過對不同放礦方式試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行比較分析得出,礦體中部區(qū)域采用無貧化放礦方式帶來的經(jīng)濟效益最佳,若按照試驗得出的回收率80.33%計算,則將回收157.76萬噸礦石。對礦體下盤區(qū)域礦石覆蓋層回收問題也進行了針對性的研究,當下盤礦石在下分段回采中沒有回收機會時,應采用截止品位放礦方式進行控制;當下盤礦石在下分段回采中有回收機會時,應采用無貧化放礦方式進行控制,采用這兩種放礦方式對下盤區(qū)域控制放礦后,可回收下盤覆蓋層礦石85.94萬噸,帶來的經(jīng)濟效益相當可觀。
[Abstract]:After decades of open-pit mining in Lanjian Iron Mine of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., it has been formally converted to underground mining, and has adopted an efficient and safe sublevel caving method without bottom pillar, which is different from many opencast to underground mines at home and abroad. Lanjian Iron Mine of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Formed ore overburden by subgrade ore at the top of caving. At present, ore overburden has been basically formed. According to the initial estimate, the amount of ore as ore overlay is millions of tons, and the economic value is in the hundreds of millions of yuan. The mining design of the mine does not mention whether ore overburden is recovered and how to recover it. The orebody of Lanjian Iron Mine belongs to an inclined ore body with a dip angle of 4050 擄. If appropriate measures are not taken to recover the ore overburden in time, the gradual loss of ore overburden will inevitably be lost to the ground in the ore body down or into a mixed ore bed. According to the formation mode of the ore overburden in different areas of the mine, Similar physical simulation tests were carried out in the laboratory, the shape, thickness and composition of ore overburden were recognized, and the formation method of rock overburden was put forward by using induced caving method. At the same time, no dilution and low dilution were designed. The cut off grade and the ratio of 100% to the amount of ore caving are calculated and simulated recovery tests are carried out. By comparing and analyzing the test data of different ore drawing methods, it is concluded that, In the middle part of the orebody, the best economic benefit is brought by adopting the method of no dilution drawing. If calculated according to the recovery rate of 80.33% obtained from the test, one million five hundred and seventy-seven thousand and six hundred tons of ore will be recovered. The recovery of ore overburden in the area of the lower end of the orebody is also studied. If there is no recovery opportunity in the next sublevel mining, the cutoff grade drawing method should be used to control the current disc ore, and the non-dilution drawing method should be used to control the current plate ore recovery in the next sublevel mining. Using these two ore drawing methods to control the drawing area of the footwall, 859,400 tons of overburden ore can be recovered, and the economic benefits are considerable.
