選煤廠煤泥壓濾自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:選煤廠煤泥壓濾系統(tǒng)是將煤礦洗選煤工藝中衍生出的煤泥料漿進(jìn)行過(guò)濾壓榨,生產(chǎn)出可利用的煤泥資源和可循環(huán)的洗選煤水資源的工藝設(shè)備組。煤泥壓濾系統(tǒng)可靠持續(xù)運(yùn)行是實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦高效生產(chǎn)、資源高效利用的重要保障。煤炭資源的匱乏以及環(huán)境的保護(hù)亟需對(duì)洗選煤產(chǎn)生的煤泥料漿進(jìn)行壓榨,實(shí)現(xiàn)煤泥的有效利用和過(guò)濾水的循環(huán)使用。本文針對(duì)目前諸多煤泥壓濾系統(tǒng)控制方式復(fù)雜、設(shè)備不穩(wěn)定、自動(dòng)化程度不夠完善等問(wèn)題,在變頻控制和智能控制理念上,完成了對(duì)壓濾自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)和設(shè)計(jì)。本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)鐵法能源曉南礦選煤廠KM350/2000型快開(kāi)式隔膜壓濾機(jī)的控制,將PLC控制技術(shù)、變頻技術(shù)和模糊PID控制策略以及電氣控制技術(shù)融合到系統(tǒng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)壓濾系統(tǒng)的全功能智能化控制。1、對(duì)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì);完成了壓濾自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中PLC硬件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與選型、變頻器和傳感設(shè)備選擇等;完成了設(shè)備電氣控制部分的設(shè)計(jì)、變頻控制的設(shè)計(jì);系統(tǒng)以西門子S7-300系列PLC為控制核心,通過(guò)PROFIBUS-DP通信技術(shù)、以太網(wǎng)通訊技術(shù)構(gòu)建了控制系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊。2、采用PID控制策略和變頻技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)入料環(huán)節(jié)的恒壓控制,保障了入料質(zhì)量和入料管路的安全可靠;采用模糊PID控制技術(shù)通過(guò)變頻調(diào)速調(diào)節(jié)壓榨壓力的恒定,保障壓榨環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)備的安全可靠以及一定的壓榨效果;依據(jù)壓濾環(huán)節(jié)壓榨濾液排量的情況,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)閉環(huán)控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效、高質(zhì)量壓榨的目的。3、基于硬件基礎(chǔ),依據(jù)控制策略,利用STEP7 Basic V5.5編程軟件完成了對(duì)PLC系統(tǒng)的硬件組態(tài)和參數(shù)設(shè)置以及程序塊功能的實(shí)現(xiàn);采用MCGS組態(tài)軟件設(shè)計(jì)了上位機(jī)監(jiān)控界面,監(jiān)測(cè)并控制設(shè)備的運(yùn)行,提供給工人一個(gè)可視化的操作平臺(tái)。本研究對(duì)壓濾自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)提高壓濾系統(tǒng)的工作效率,提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,節(jié)約制造成本,環(huán)境保護(hù),有一定的意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Coal slime filtration system in coal preparation plant is to filter and press slime slurry derived from coal washing process in coal mine. The process equipment set for producing available slime resources and recyclable water resources for coal washing. The reliable and continuous operation of the slime pressure filtration system is to realize the efficient production of coal mines. The shortage of coal resources and the protection of environment need to press the slurry produced by coal washing. In order to realize the effective utilization of coal slime and recycle of filtered water, this paper aims at the problems of complex control mode, unstable equipment, imperfect automation and so on, in frequency conversion control and intelligent control. The improvement and design of the automatic pressure filter control system have been completed. This system is designed for the control of KM350/2000 type fast open diaphragm filter machine in Xiaonan Coal preparation Plant of Tiefa Coal Mine, and the PLC control technology is used. The frequency conversion technology, fuzzy PID control strategy and electric control technology are integrated into the system to realize the full function intelligent control of the pressure filter system. The automatic control system framework is designed. The design and selection of PLC hardware system in the automatic pressure filter control system, the selection of frequency converter and sensor equipment, the design of the electrical control part of the equipment and the design of frequency conversion control are completed. The control core of the system is Siemens S7-300 series PLC. Through PROFIBUS-DP communication technology and Ethernet communication technology, the network communication of the control system is constructed. By using PID control strategy and frequency conversion technology, the constant pressure control of the feed link is realized, and the quality of the feed and the safety and reliability of the feed pipeline are guaranteed. The fuzzy PID control technology is used to adjust the constant pressure of press by frequency conversion speed regulation, to ensure the safety and reliability of the press link equipment and certain press effect, and to realize the closed loop control of the system according to the discharge of the press filtrate in the filtration link. The purpose of high efficiency and high quality press is realized. Based on hardware and control strategy, the hardware configuration and parameter setting of PLC system and the function of program block are realized by using STEP7 Basic V5.5 programming software. MCGS configuration software is used to design the upper computer monitor interface, monitor and control the operation of the equipment, and provide a visual operating platform for the workers. In this study, the pressure filter automatic control system has been improved and designed. It has certain significance and application value for improving the working efficiency of the pressure filtration system, improving the product quality, saving the manufacturing cost and protecting the environment.
