【摘要】:煤礦礦井生產(chǎn)的機械化、自動化水準在不斷提高,工作面規(guī)模也在不斷擴大,這樣就對井下供電安全提出了更高的要求。此外,在煤炭價格大幅下降的新形勢下,如何以最低的造價,充分利用現(xiàn)有高(低)爆開關(guān)內(nèi)置的各種品牌的綜合保護器和通訊線路構(gòu)建響應(yīng)快速、安全可靠、可覆蓋所有通訊協(xié)議的煤礦供電監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),既能減員增效,又可確保供電安全,現(xiàn)實和經(jīng)濟意義重大。為了進一步提升煤礦的自動化程度,達到安全生產(chǎn)、減員增效的目標,本文以安徽省科技項目“高速智能可編程串口交換機(控制器)技術(shù)研究”為背景,依托于淮北礦業(yè)集團公司祁南煤礦供電監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計項目為試驗平臺,搭建了一套基于PSC (Programmable Serial Controller,可編程串口控制器)技術(shù)的煤礦井下供電監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),可以覆蓋現(xiàn)場種類和通訊協(xié)議繁多的綜合保護器,實時讀取開關(guān)運行狀態(tài)和運行參數(shù),控制開關(guān)分合,調(diào)整開關(guān)整定值,從而實現(xiàn)了對供電系統(tǒng)的遙測、遙信、遙控、遙調(diào)、遙視的“五遙”功能,并通過井下環(huán)網(wǎng)無縫接入礦井自動化平臺。本系統(tǒng)在硬件配置方面,下位機采用廣東羅爾科技有限公司研究開發(fā)的可編程串口控制器(PSC),通過配套的Rstep編程軟件實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)的采集、轉(zhuǎn)換及現(xiàn)場綜合保護設(shè)備的控制等功能。上位機選用組態(tài)王監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件,開發(fā)組態(tài)畫面,實現(xiàn)供電系統(tǒng)的遠程實時監(jiān)控、參數(shù)調(diào)取、參數(shù)修改、報警指示及歷史數(shù)據(jù)的存儲和打印等功能。完成整個系統(tǒng)的硬件配置,軟件組態(tài),上、下位機之間及下位機、現(xiàn)場設(shè)備之間的通訊和程序開發(fā)。經(jīng)過多次現(xiàn)場試驗和井下試驗,系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,實現(xiàn)了控制要求,解決了現(xiàn)場串口總線通訊在中、大規(guī)模應(yīng)用中速率低、延遲時間長的問題,同時還能夠兼容現(xiàn)場具有不同種類通訊協(xié)議的智能設(shè)備,減少了軟硬件成本的投入。
[Abstract]:The mechanization of coal mine production, the level of automation and the scale of the working face are constantly improving, which puts forward higher requirements for underground power supply safety. In addition, under the new situation of coal price falling sharply, How to make full use of all kinds of integrated protectors and communication lines built in by the existing high (low) exploding switches at the lowest cost to build a coal mine power supply monitoring system that can respond quickly, safely and reliably, and can cover all communication protocols. In order to further enhance the automation of coal mines and achieve the goal of safe production and efficiency reduction, it is of great practical and economic significance to reduce staff and increase efficiency. Based on the technology research of high speed intelligent programmable serial port switch (controller) of Anhui province science and technology project, this paper bases on the design project of Qinan Coal Mine Power supply Monitoring system of Huaibei Mining Group Company as the experimental platform. A coal mine underground power supply monitoring system based on PSC programmable Serial controller (programmable serial port controller) technology is set up. It can cover the comprehensive protector of various kinds of field and communication protocol, and read the operation state and parameters of switch in real time. Controlling the switch splicing, adjusting the switch setting value, thus realizing the "five remote" functions of the power supply system, such as telemetry, remote communication, remote control, remote adjustment and remote viewing. And through the underground ring network seamless access to the mine automation platform. This system in the hardware configuration, The lower computer adopts the programmable serial port controller developed by Guangdong Luo er Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and realizes the collection of field data through the matching Rstep programming software. The upper computer selects configuration software to develop configuration picture, realizes remote real-time monitoring of power supply system, parameter adjustment, parameter modification, and so on. Alarm indication and historical data storage and printing functions. Complete the hardware configuration of the whole system, software configuration, communication and program development between upper, lower and lower computers, and field equipment. After many field tests and underground tests, The system runs stably, realizes the control requirement, solves the problem of low speed and long delay time in the field serial bus communication, and can also be compatible with the intelligent equipment with different communication protocols in the field. The cost of hardware and software is reduced.
