【摘要】：含有黃鐵礦的多金屬礦物浮選分離一般先采用石灰抑制黃鐵礦以更好地選別其他有用金屬礦物,隨后再綜合回收黃鐵礦。為獲得較好的回收指標(biāo),需對(duì)受抑制的黃鐵礦進(jìn)行解抑活化處理。在礦業(yè)工程領(lǐng)域,關(guān)于石灰抑制過的黃鐵礦解抑活化機(jī)理等相關(guān)內(nèi)容得到了廣泛研究并取得一定進(jìn)展。本文綜合評(píng)述了影響黃鐵礦可浮性的主要因素、不同種類活化劑對(duì)黃鐵礦的活化機(jī)理及黃鐵礦機(jī)械活化效應(yīng)等相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展,為今后黃鐵礦資源高效加工理論與應(yīng)用研究的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the flotation separation of polymetallic minerals containing pyrite, lime is usually used to suppress pyrite in order to better separate other useful metal minerals, and then comprehensive recovery of pyrite is made. Deactivation of the suppressed pyrite is required. In the field of mining engineering, The mechanism of deactivation of pyrite inhibited by lime has been extensively studied and some progress has been made. The main factors affecting the floatability of pyrite are comprehensively reviewed in this paper. The research progress on the activation mechanism and mechanical activation of pyrite by different activators provides a reference for the further development of the theory and application of efficient processing of pyrite resources in the future.
