神華褐煤熱壓提質(zhì)工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化的問題分析研究

【摘要】:隨著世界優(yōu)質(zhì)煤炭資源的逐漸減少,開采費(fèi)用日益增高,世界各國開始或更加重視對儲(chǔ)量豐富的褐煤資源的開發(fā)利用,但由于褐煤水分含量高,含氧量高,發(fā)熱量低,易風(fēng)化和自燃,不利于長途運(yùn)輸?shù)仍?其應(yīng)用范圍受到一定的限制。只有通過對其進(jìn)行提質(zhì)加工,才能擴(kuò)大褐煤用途,提高其經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。本論文以神華寶礦褐煤為研究對象,對其進(jìn)行干燥脫水和熱壓成型,運(yùn)用成型工藝參數(shù)、成型機(jī)抽氣系統(tǒng)對成型氣爆的影響和防止成型機(jī)的氣爆的工藝著手探討神華寶日希勒褐煤提質(zhì)工業(yè)試驗(yàn)裝置運(yùn)行中存在的制約系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的成型機(jī)氣爆、提質(zhì)煤成型率、型煤落下強(qiáng)度等重要問題。研究結(jié)論如下:成型輥間布料均勻性、提質(zhì)煤溫度,水分、給料粒度分布等是造成氣爆的主要原因。通過運(yùn)行總結(jié)當(dāng)成型機(jī)加載壓力相差大于30Bar時(shí),氣爆明顯,提質(zhì)煤溫度控制在85~95℃、水分在8%~10%之間,成型機(jī)的氣爆問題能夠得到有效控制。提質(zhì)煤的溫度、水分、成型機(jī)加載壓力等是影響提質(zhì)煤成型率的主要原因。通過運(yùn)行總結(jié),提質(zhì)煤溫度控制在85~95℃、水分在8%~10%之間、加載壓力在17Mpa時(shí),提質(zhì)煤成型最佳。型煤落下強(qiáng)度的影響因素有:提質(zhì)煤溫度、水分和粒徑分布,成型機(jī)輥縫間隙和加載壓力、成型機(jī)氣爆問題等。
[Abstract]:With the decrease of high quality coal resources in the world and the increasing of mining cost, many countries in the world begin or pay more attention to the exploitation and utilization of lignite resources, which are rich in reserves. However, because of the high moisture content, high oxygen content and low calorific value of lignite, Weathering and spontaneous combustion are not good for long-distance transportation, and its application scope is limited. Only by improving the quality of lignite, can the use of lignite be expanded and its economic value be improved. In this paper, the lignite of Shenhua Mine is taken as the research object. Drying, dehydration and hot pressing were carried out, and the forming process parameters were used. The influence of the air extraction system of the moulding machine on the forming gas explosion and the process of preventing the gas explosion of the moulding machine are discussed in the operation of the Shenhua Baolishler lignite extraction industrial test unit, which restricts the stable operation of the system and the molding rate of the molding machine. The main reasons for the gas explosion are as follows: the distribution uniformity between the forming rollers, the temperature of the raised coal, the moisture content, the distribution of the grain size of the feedstock, etc. The main reasons for the gas explosion are summarized through the operation, when the load pressure difference of the molding machine is greater than 30Bar, The gas explosion is obvious, the temperature of the coal is controlled at 85 ~ 95 鈩,
