不同吸附性氣體抽采過程中煤儲(chǔ)層參數(shù)演化特征研究

【摘要】:利用自主研發(fā)的多場(chǎng)耦合煤層瓦斯抽采物理模擬試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),開展了不同吸附性氣體抽采的物理模擬試驗(yàn),探討了煤層瓦斯抽采過程中煤儲(chǔ)層氣壓、溫度及煤層變形等參數(shù)的時(shí)空演化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:(1)煤儲(chǔ)層氣壓在抽采前期下降較快并形成以鉆孔為中心的氣壓等值面,距離抽采鉆孔越遠(yuǎn)的區(qū)域煤層瓦斯流速越小,氣壓下降速率越低;(2)氣體吸附性越強(qiáng),抽采過程中的煤儲(chǔ)層氣壓下降速率越低且持續(xù)時(shí)間越長;(3)煤儲(chǔ)層溫度的時(shí)間演化規(guī)律與氣壓基本一致,在抽采前期有顯著的降低,在抽采后期受吸附態(tài)氣體解吸吸熱及熱交換作用的影響,煤層溫度出現(xiàn)先下降后小幅上升;(4)距離鉆孔越近的區(qū)域氣壓下降量越大,煤層溫度下降越明顯,煤層所受有效應(yīng)力越大,煤層變形量也越大;(5)抽采氣體的吸附性越大,抽采所導(dǎo)致的煤層變形量越大。
[Abstract]:The physical simulation test of different adsorptive gas extraction was carried out by using the self-developed physical simulation test system of multi-field coupled coal seam gas drainage, and the gas pressure of coal reservoir during the process of coal seam gas extraction was discussed. The results show that the gas pressure of the coal reservoir decreases rapidly in the early stage of extraction and forms a pressure isosurface centered on the borehole, and the gas velocity of coal seam is smaller in the area farther away from the drainage borehole. The lower the gas pressure drop rate is, the stronger the gas adsorption is, the lower the gas pressure decline rate and the longer the duration of coal reservoir during extraction and production) the time evolution law of coal reservoir temperature is basically consistent with the pressure pressure, and it decreases obviously in the early stage of extraction and production. At the later stage of extraction, the gas desorption heat absorption and heat exchange of the adsorbed state, the temperature of coal seam decreases first, then rises slightly. (4) the closer the area from the borehole to the hole, the greater the decrease of air pressure, and the more obvious the decrease of coal bed temperature is. The larger the effective stress is, the greater the deformation of coal bed is.
