五虎山煤礦多重動壓影響下抽采巷道布置優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在近距離煤層群地下開采的過程中,下部煤層巷道容易受到上部煤層工作面開采以及所留設(shè)保護(hù)煤柱支撐壓力影響,形成應(yīng)力集中,集中應(yīng)力沿一定角度向底板進(jìn)行傳遞,破壞了下部煤層原巖應(yīng)力狀態(tài),使得下部煤層圍巖應(yīng)力重新分布,當(dāng)圍巖應(yīng)力大于圍巖強(qiáng)度時,底板巷道圍巖發(fā)生塑性變形破壞,一般表現(xiàn)為:巷道圍巖變形移近量較大,礦壓顯現(xiàn)劇烈,巷道維護(hù)困難,巷道頂板容易發(fā)生垮塌。尤其當(dāng)下部煤層巷道使用年限較長且巷道位置布置不合理時,巷道的日常維護(hù)變得尤為困難,在近距離煤層開采的過程中,如何解決上部煤層采動對底板的破壞,仍有許多問題需要解決。 本文以神華烏海能源公司五虎山煤礦為研究對象,結(jié)合五虎山煤礦礦井實際情況,通過現(xiàn)場調(diào)研、理論分析、數(shù)值模擬以及工業(yè)場地試驗驗證的方法,對五虎山近距離煤層群,底板巷道位置的優(yōu)化布置進(jìn)行研究。 五虎山屬高瓦斯礦井,擬在下部煤層開挖巷道,,前期作為瓦斯抽放巷道,后期作為工作面回采巷道使用,巷道受到上部煤層采動影響,且巷道服務(wù)年限較長,如果巷道位置布置不當(dāng),巷道的維護(hù)使用代價較高,針對這一情況,論文進(jìn)行一系列研究:首先通過對五虎山煤礦現(xiàn)場實地采樣,確定巷道頂板圍巖力學(xué)性質(zhì);然后根據(jù)所的巷道圍巖力學(xué)性質(zhì),通過數(shù)值模擬方法,對上部煤層進(jìn)行開采模擬,得到采動影響下,底板巷道應(yīng)力和位移變化特征,經(jīng)過幾個備選方案的對比,確定將底板巷道布置在上部煤層的采空區(qū)下方,是較為合理的布置方式,并給出巷道的支護(hù)方案,最后,對布置巷道現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行實地監(jiān)測,觀測結(jié)果表明,巷道圍巖變形較小,圍巖穩(wěn)定,能夠滿足礦上正常生產(chǎn)活動,巷道位置布置的合理性得到驗證。 本論文對五虎山底板回采巷道位置進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,確定出較為合理的巷道布置位置并得到現(xiàn)場實際驗證,保證了礦山安全正常運行,同時為相同地質(zhì)條件礦井底板巷道布置提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the process of underground mining of short distance coal seam group, the roadway in the lower coal seam is easily affected by the mining of the upper coal seam face and the supporting pressure of the protection pillar left behind, which forms the stress concentration and transfers the concentration stress along a certain angle to the floor. The stress state of the original rock in the lower coal seam is destroyed, and the stress of the surrounding rock in the lower coal seam is redistributed. When the stress of the surrounding rock is greater than the strength of the surrounding rock, the plastic deformation of the surrounding rock of the floor roadway occurs. Mine pressure appears violently, roadway maintenance is difficult, roadway roof is prone to collapse, especially when the roadway in the lower coal seam has a long service life and the location of roadway is not reasonable, the daily maintenance of roadway becomes more difficult. In the process of coal seam mining, there are still many problems to be solved. This paper takes Wuhushan Coal Mine of Shenhua Wuhai Energy Company as the research object, combined with the actual situation of Wuhushan Coal Mine, through field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and the method of industrial site test and verification. In this paper, the location optimization of coal seam group and floor roadway in Wuhu Mountain is studied. Wuhu Mountain is a high gas mine, which is intended to be excavated in the lower coal seam, used as a gas drainage roadway in the early stage and used as a mining roadway in the working face at the later stage. The roadway is affected by the mining movement of the upper coal seam, and the service period of the roadway is longer. If the location of roadway is improperly arranged, the maintenance and use cost of roadway is high. In view of this situation, this paper carries on a series of research: firstly, through sampling on the spot of Wuhushan coal mine, the mechanical properties of roadway roof surrounding rock are determined; Then according to the mechanical properties of roadway surrounding rock, the mining simulation of upper coal seam is carried out by numerical simulation method, and the characteristics of stress and displacement change of roadway under the influence of mining are obtained, and several alternative schemes are compared. It is reasonable to arrange the floor roadway under the goaf of the upper coal seam, and the supporting scheme of the roadway is given. Finally, the site monitoring of the layout roadway is carried out. The observation results show that the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is small. The surrounding rock is stable and can meet the normal production activity in the mine, and the rationality of roadway location is verified. In this paper, the optimum design of the roadway position of Wuhu Mountain floor mining is carried out, and the reasonable location of the roadway is determined and verified in the field, which ensures the safe and normal operation of the mine. At the same time, it provides a reference for the layout of mine floor roadway under the same geological conditions.
