非煤礦山生產(chǎn)過程人因分析及建模研究

【摘要】:非煤礦山行業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,事故頻繁發(fā)生,為我國(guó)帶來了嚴(yán)重的財(cái)產(chǎn)損失和人員傷亡。有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,非煤礦山事故中80%以上由人因因素導(dǎo)致。如何做好非煤礦山人因因素管理和預(yù)控,是一項(xiàng)迫在眉睫的事情。本文對(duì)我國(guó)多起非煤礦山事故進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,對(duì)非煤礦山進(jìn)行了人因分析和建模研究。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和取得的研究成果為:⑴通過對(duì)Reason理論的研究和創(chuàng)新,提出了新的HFACS模型。該模型包括5類事故致因,24個(gè)人因因素。⑵通過集對(duì)分析法與HFACS的結(jié)合應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了非煤礦山人因安全現(xiàn)狀的量化評(píng)估。解決了礦山人因模型只能定性分析、不能定量分析的問題。通過對(duì)集對(duì)勢(shì)、聯(lián)系度、不確定性和悲觀勢(shì)的分析,可以很好的從整體上把握礦山人因安全現(xiàn)狀。⑶借鑒行為理論在不安全行為管理中的應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn),借助ABC分析方法,制定了非煤礦山人因改善模型。該改善模型的應(yīng)用不僅大幅度的減少了不安全行為的發(fā)生,還在礦山“組織-管理-監(jiān)督”、不安全行為前提方面進(jìn)行了改善,很好的改善了礦山安全生產(chǎn)中不安全的人因因素。⑷簡(jiǎn)要的研究了HFACS在非煤礦山其它領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用狀況,并提供了文獻(xiàn)參考和思路建設(shè)。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于建立了非煤礦山的HFACS模型,并建立量化評(píng)估模型和人因改善模型。實(shí)現(xiàn)了人因安全量化評(píng)估和不安全人因現(xiàn)狀的改善。本次研究旨在為非煤礦山人因安全提供管理和改善方法。
[Abstract]:The situation of safety in production in non-coal mines is severe and accidents occur frequently, which has brought serious property losses and casualties to our country. More than 80% of the accidents in non-coal mines are caused by human factors. It is an urgent matter to manage and control human factors in non-coal mines. This paper makes statistics and analysis of many accidents in non-coal mines in China. The human factor analysis and modeling of non-coal mines have been carried out. The main research contents and results obtained in this paper are as follows: 1. Through the research and innovation of Reason theory, A new HFACS model is put forward, which includes 5 kinds of accident causes, 24 human factors are analyzed by the combination of set pair analysis and HFACS, and the quantitative evaluation of human safety in non-coal mines is realized, which solves the problem that the human factor model can only be qualitatively analyzed. Through the analysis of set potential, connection degree, uncertainty and pessimism, we can grasp the application experience of behavior theory in unsafe behavior management. With the help of ABC analysis method, a human cause improvement model for non-coal mines is developed. The application of the improved model not only greatly reduces the occurrence of unsafe behavior, but also improves the premise of "organization-management-supervision" and unsafe behavior in mines. The application of HFACS in other fields of non-coal mines is studied briefly, and the literature reference and train of thought construction are provided. The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of HFACS model of non-coal mines. The quantitative evaluation model and the human factor improvement model are established. The quantitative assessment of human safety and the improvement of the present situation of unsafe human factors are realized. The purpose of this study is to provide management and improvement methods for human safety in non-coal mines.
