礦用膠輪車工作制動(dòng)器的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)的研究

【摘要】:隨著煤礦無軌膠輪車品種日益更新,新的無軌膠輪車的出現(xiàn),勢必會(huì)帶來工作制動(dòng)器重新的研發(fā)。由于重新研發(fā)工作制動(dòng)器必須根據(jù)無軌膠輪車制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的性能參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)以及它將來的工作狀況,所以工作量非常大。而無軌膠輪車上的工作制動(dòng)器,除尺寸大小不一樣外,結(jié)構(gòu)形狀和工作原理都一樣。為了解決這個(gè)問題,需要設(shè)計(jì)一款軟件,通過輸入幾個(gè)參數(shù)就可以在繪圖軟件中生成所有的零件圖和裝配圖。本課題受某企業(yè)委托以WC5礦用膠輪車的工作制動(dòng)器(以下簡稱“工作制動(dòng)器”)為載體,對(duì)工作制動(dòng)器參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究,最終得到工作制動(dòng)器參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)的軟件。本課題主要研究內(nèi)容如下:確定工作制動(dòng)器的制動(dòng)力矩的計(jì)算、摩擦片個(gè)數(shù)的計(jì)算和彈簧設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算模型,并對(duì)工作制動(dòng)器的零部件進(jìn)行歸類。在Access數(shù)據(jù)庫管理軟件中對(duì)工作制動(dòng)器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的數(shù)據(jù)建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用ADO訪問技術(shù)連接數(shù)據(jù)庫,用SQL查詢語言進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的查詢。對(duì)工作制動(dòng)器參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行界面設(shè)計(jì),包括菜單設(shè)計(jì)和對(duì)話框設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)工作制動(dòng)器的所有零部件和總圖進(jìn)行編程,并進(jìn)行零件圖和總圖的調(diào)試,最終完成整個(gè)工作制動(dòng)器參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)軟件的研制。本課題對(duì)工作制動(dòng)器進(jìn)行參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)的研究,最終目的是以MicrosoftVisual C++為開發(fā)環(huán)境、C++為開發(fā)語言在CAXA軟件中設(shè)計(jì)出一套工作制動(dòng)器參數(shù)化繪圖軟件,只要在軟件設(shè)計(jì)界面上輸入幾個(gè)重要的參數(shù),計(jì)算機(jī)就可以自動(dòng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)能夠出來一套工作制動(dòng)器的圖紙。大大提高了工作制動(dòng)器的設(shè)計(jì)效率,因此開發(fā)這套軟件具有重要意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the increasing variety of coal mine trackless rubber wheel vehicle, the emergence of new trackless rubber wheel vehicle, It will inevitably lead to a new development of the working brake. Since the re-development of the working brake must be based on the performance parameters and structural parameters of the braking system of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle and its future working conditions, So the workload is very heavy. And the brake on the trackless rubber wheel, except for the different sizes, is the same structure and working principle. In order to solve this problem, we need to design a software. All part drawings and assembly drawings can be generated in the drawing software by inputting a few parameters. This subject is commissioned by a certain enterprise to take the working brake (hereinafter referred to as "working brake") of WC5 mine rubber wheel car as the carrier. The parameterized design of working brake is studied, and the software of parameterized design of working brake is obtained. The main contents of this subject are as follows: determining the calculation of braking moment of working brake, In the Access database management software, the database of the standard parts of the working brake is established, and the database is connected by using the ADO access technology. The interface design of parameterized design software of working brake, including menu design and dialog box design, is carried out with SQL query language. All parts and general drawing of working brake are programmed. Finally, the parameterized design software of the whole working brake is developed, and the parametric design of the working brake is studied. The final purpose is to design a parametric drawing software for working brake in CAXA software with MicrosoftVisual C as the development language. As long as several important parameters are input into the software design interface, the computer can design automatically. At the same time, it can produce a set of drawing of the working brake, which greatly improves the design efficiency of the working brake, so the development of the software is of great significance and application value.
