基于結(jié)構(gòu)化網(wǎng)格的兩級(jí)礦漿泵數(shù)值模擬分析

【摘要】:為了研究深海采礦兩級(jí)礦漿泵泵內(nèi)固液流體流動(dòng)規(guī)律及工作性能,采用計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)軟件CFD對(duì)兩級(jí)礦漿泵泵內(nèi)的固液兩相湍流進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬和性能預(yù)測(cè).闡述了礦漿泵計(jì)算流道區(qū)域的拓?fù)鋲K劃分方法和結(jié)構(gòu)化網(wǎng)格生成方法;采用RNGκ-ε湍流模型和多參考坐標(biāo)系,進(jìn)行全三維流場(chǎng)數(shù)值模擬,分析了礦漿泵內(nèi)流場(chǎng)的壓力分布、流速分布和湍動(dòng)能分布,進(jìn)而計(jì)算出不同顆粒屬性的泵的特性曲線.研究表明,顆粒屬性對(duì)礦漿泵工作性能有重要影響,在顆粒體積分?jǐn)?shù)相同的條件下,泵的揚(yáng)程和效率均隨顆粒粒徑的減小而增大.顆粒的體積分?jǐn)?shù)適宜控制在5%~10%左右.
[Abstract]:In order to study the solid-liquid flow law and working performance of two-stage slurry pump in deep-sea mining, The numerical simulation and performance prediction of solid-liquid two-phase turbulence in two-stage slurry pump are carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics software CFD. The topological block partition method and structured grid generation method for calculating channel area of slurry pump are described. Using RNG 魏-蔚 turbulence model and multi-reference coordinate system, the full-3D flow field numerical simulation is carried out. The pressure distribution, velocity distribution and turbulent kinetic energy distribution in slurry pump are analyzed, and the characteristic curves of pump with different particle properties are calculated. Particle properties have an important effect on the working performance of slurry pump. Under the same particle volume fraction, the lift and efficiency of the pump increase with the decrease of particle size, and the particle volume fraction is suitable to be controlled at 5% or 10%.
