噴漿料攪拌及上料裝置的參數(shù)化設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:噴漿支護(hù)在煤礦井下巷道支護(hù)中起著舉足輕重的作用。在一些中小型煤礦,由于井下巷道較小,空間有限,現(xiàn)有噴漿設(shè)備難以安裝,噴漿料攪拌及上料工作大多由人工完成。這種作業(yè)方式不僅工作效率低,而且還易產(chǎn)生攪拌不均勻現(xiàn)象,影響噴漿支護(hù)質(zhì)量。為實現(xiàn)中小煤礦井下噴漿料攪拌及上料過程的機械化、自動化,結(jié)合設(shè)計過程中因結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)多次變化而導(dǎo)致的工作量加大、效率低、設(shè)計周期長等問題,利用SolidWorks二次開發(fā)技術(shù),對噴漿料上料裝置進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化設(shè)計研究。 論文在噴漿料攪拌及上料裝置的參數(shù)化設(shè)計研究過程中,以SolidWorks軟件為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺,Visual Basic為編程語言,并結(jié)合Access數(shù)據(jù)庫完成了整個系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)化設(shè)計。該系統(tǒng)主要分為三個模塊:輔助設(shè)計計算模塊、零件參數(shù)化建模模塊和自動裝配模塊。輔助設(shè)計計算模塊將整個裝置的設(shè)計計算過程進(jìn)行編程,簡化計算過程;零件參數(shù)化建模采用程序驅(qū)動和尺寸驅(qū)動兩種方法來實現(xiàn)模型的建立及更新;自動裝配則通過程序?qū)Ω鱾配合零件添加配合約束,使各零件自動進(jìn)行配合。整個操作過程都在窗口界面進(jìn)行,通過在界面輸入?yún)?shù),可快速完成參數(shù)計算、零件模型更新及裝配等工作。 論文研究開發(fā)的噴漿料攪拌及上料裝置的參數(shù)化設(shè)計系統(tǒng)將計算機輔助設(shè)計及參數(shù)化設(shè)計等先進(jìn)技術(shù)融合在一起,將實現(xiàn)了裝置設(shè)計的簡便性和高效性,縮短整個設(shè)計周期,提高了工作效率,為類似相關(guān)機械產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計提供了參考,具有一定的推廣價值。
[Abstract]:The grouting support plays an important role in the underground roadway support. In some small and medium-sized coal mines, due to the small underground roadway and limited space, the existing grouting equipment is difficult to install. Most of the agitation and feeding work are done by hand. This kind of work is not only low efficiency, but also easy to produce uneven mixing phenomenon. In order to realize the mechanization and automation of the mixing and feeding process of grouting materials in small and medium-sized coal mines, combined with the problems of increasing workload, low efficiency and long design period caused by multiple changes of structural parameters in the design process, the quality of grouting support is affected. The parameterized design of slurry feeding device was studied by using SolidWorks secondary development technology. In this paper, SolidWorks software is used as the system development platform and visual Basic is used as programming language in the research process of parametric design of slurry agitation and feeding device. The parameterized design of the whole system is completed with Access database. The system is mainly divided into three modules: aided design and calculation module. Part parameterized modeling module and automatic assembly module. The aided design and calculation module program the whole device design and calculation process to simplify the calculation process; The parameterized modeling of parts adopts two methods: program-driven and dimension-driven to build and update the model, and automatic assembly adds matching constraints to each part through the program. The whole operation process is carried out at the window interface, and the parameter calculation, part model updating and assembly can be completed quickly by inputting parameters at the interface. The parameterized design system of slurry mixing and feeding device is developed in this paper, which combines advanced technologies such as computer-aided design and parameterized design. It will realize the simplicity and efficiency of the device design and shorten the whole design period. It improves the working efficiency and provides a reference for the design of similar mechanical products.
