底側卸式礦車系列化產(chǎn)品CAD系統(tǒng)的設計與研究

【摘要】:隨著這幾年的礦車行業(yè)的深入發(fā)展,客戶的個性化需求越來越明顯,企業(yè)之間的競爭焦點開始轉向以客戶為驅動的需求定制、客戶滿意度的提升、企業(yè)服務質量的提高,這給傳統(tǒng)礦車企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品設計方法帶來了巨大挑戰(zhàn)。因此,研究一種針對礦車產(chǎn)品能夠進行系列化設計的方法顯得尤其重要,具體研究內容如下:(1)針對現(xiàn)有的系列化設計方法不能滿足礦車系列化設計,在分析相似理論和模型設計的基礎上,深入研究了系列化設計的方法,比較了模型設計與系列化方法的相似之處,將模型設計和產(chǎn)品系列化方法相結合,提出了基于模型設計的相似系列化設計方法,為后續(xù)的系列化設計奠定理論基礎。(2)研究了底側卸式礦車的結構原理,在功能分析的基礎上,從產(chǎn)品層次到零件層次進行模塊劃分并進行隸屬編碼;針對產(chǎn)品系列化的應用需求,對產(chǎn)品裝配模型和建模方法進行了研究,分析了SolidWorks草圖繪制、特征操作,歸納出零件的參數(shù)化特征建模的規(guī)則以及產(chǎn)品裝配的方法和關系。(3)利用車箱層次化建模,得到車箱的無量綱數(shù)表達式,采用相似理論與量綱分析法,對車箱的規(guī)格進行了系列化設計,得到了車箱的規(guī)格系列,為產(chǎn)品系列化設計提供了數(shù)值條件。(4)針對產(chǎn)品變型參數(shù)相互約束形成的網(wǎng)狀結構,研究了的事物特性表的數(shù)據(jù)存儲結構和零件優(yōu)先級設計規(guī)則,以此來確定參數(shù)傳遞順序,為產(chǎn)品變型建立準確可靠的參數(shù)傳遞通道,通過對參數(shù)進行映射傳遞完成產(chǎn)品實例的重置并對工程圖進行調整。(5)研究了車箱在滿載時的力學特性,通過ANSYS Workbench進行FEA分析,得到滿載狀態(tài)下車箱的總變形和等效應力情況,驗證了系列化方法的可靠性。(6)針對產(chǎn)品系列化需求對系統(tǒng)的整體構架進行設計,以SolidWorks為CAD平臺,運用VC++開發(fā)工具,結合Access數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)出底側卸式礦車產(chǎn)品系列化設計系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the further development of mining car industry in recent years, the individuation demand of customers is becoming more and more obvious. The focus of competition among enterprises has begun to shift to customer-driven demand customization, the improvement of customer satisfaction, and the improvement of service quality. This brings a great challenge to the product design methods of traditional mining vehicle enterprises. Therefore, it is particularly important to study a method that can carry out serialized design for mining vehicle products. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) in view of the fact that the existing serialization design methods can not meet the needs of the series design of mining cars, on the basis of analyzing the similarity theory and model design, the serialization design method is deeply studied. The similarity between model design and serialization method is compared, and a similar serialization design method based on model design is proposed by combining model design with product serialization method. In this paper, the structure principle of the bottom side unloading mining car is studied. On the basis of function analysis, modules are divided from product level to part level and membership coding is carried out. According to the application requirements of product serialization, the product assembly model and modeling method are studied, and the SolidWorks sketch drawing and feature operation are analyzed. The rules of parameterized feature modeling of parts and the method and relation of product assembly are summarized. (3) the dimensionless expression of car-box is obtained by using hierarchical modeling of car-box, and the similarity theory and dimensionality analysis method are used. The specifications of the carts are serialized, and the series of specifications of the carcases are obtained, which provides numerical conditions for the serialization design of the products. The data storage structure and part priority design rules of the object characteristic table are studied in order to determine the parameter transfer order and to establish an accurate and reliable parameter transfer channel for the product variant. In this paper, the mechanical properties of the carbox at full load are studied by mapping the parameters to complete the reset of the product instance and adjusting the engineering drawing. The total deformation and equivalent stress of the carbox under the full load state are obtained by FEA analysis by ANSYS Workbench, and the total deformation and equivalent stress of the carbox under the condition of full load are obtained. The reliability of the serialization method is verified. The whole frame of the system is designed according to the requirements of product serialization. The series design system of bottom side unloading mining car product is developed with SolidWorks as CAD platform and VC development tool combined with Access database.
