電絮凝法應(yīng)用于洗煤廢水處理的研究

【摘要】:研究了電絮凝法用于洗煤廢水處理。在連續(xù)流的運(yùn)行條件下,研究考察了水力停留時(shí)間、極板間距和數(shù)量、電流以及進(jìn)水濃度等因素對電絮凝處理廢水效果影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:水力停留時(shí)間15 min、極板間距1 cm和極板數(shù)量24塊、電流為15 A以及pH=7.5條件下,能夠有較好的處理效果,進(jìn)水懸浮固體(SS)為300 mg/L時(shí),SS去除率達(dá)85%以上,出水SS為40 mg/L、濁度為2.2 NTU。
[Abstract]:The treatment of coal washing wastewater by electroflocculation was studied. Under the condition of continuous flow, the hydraulic retention time, polar plate spacing and quantity were investigated. The experimental results show that when the hydraulic retention time is 15 min, the distance between the plates is 1 cm, the number of the plates is 24, the current is 15 A and pH=7.5, the treatment effect is better. The removal rate of SS is more than 85% when the SS of influent suspension is 300 mg/L, the SS of effluent is 40 mg / L, and the turbidity is 2.2NTU.
