半焦浮選試驗(yàn)效果及DOP捕收機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:為提高半焦品質(zhì),拓寬半焦應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,以陜北長焰煤通過固體熱載體技術(shù)制得的半焦為試驗(yàn)原料,在對(duì)樣品的工業(yè)、元素和粒度分布、表面形貌與氮吸附、礦物質(zhì)種類與嵌布等理化特性進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了浮選脫灰試驗(yàn)研究;先后探討了常規(guī)煤油捕收劑、仲辛醇起泡劑以及調(diào)節(jié)礦漿pH值對(duì)精焦產(chǎn)率和灰分的影響,同時(shí)選取鄰苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)為捕收劑進(jìn)行了半焦浮選效果對(duì)比試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)低溫?zé)峤獾玫降陌虢顾�、揮發(fā)分大部分析出,固定碳更加富集;表面孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)達(dá),比表面積大,對(duì)浮選作業(yè)產(chǎn)生不利影響;采用常規(guī)浮選藥劑時(shí),在礦漿pH為6.2,Zeta電位-1.44 mV時(shí),分選得到的精焦產(chǎn)率為53.79%,灰分為5.66%。在單因素最佳條件不變的情況下,采用DOP作捕收劑進(jìn)行浮選試驗(yàn),在用量800 g/t時(shí)得到的最終精焦產(chǎn)率為58.62%,灰分最低由原樣的9.57%降至5.07%。通過傅里葉紅外光譜分析發(fā)現(xiàn)DOP在半焦表面與有機(jī)質(zhì)同時(shí)發(fā)生物理和化學(xué)吸附,同時(shí)生成種類多樣的苯環(huán)、烴基以及芳香核等疏水性官能團(tuán),提高了浮選效果。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of semi-coke and broaden the application field of semi-coke, the semi-coke prepared by long flame coal from northern Shaanxi Province through solid heat carrier technology was used as the experimental material. The industrial, element and particle size distribution, surface morphology and nitrogen adsorption of the samples were studied. Based on the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of mineral species and intercalation, the flotation deashing test was carried out, and the effects of conventional kerosene collector, secondary octanol foaming agent and adjusting the pH value of pulp on the yield and ash content of fine coke were discussed. At the same time, dioctyl phthalate (DOP) was chosen as collector to carry out the comparative experiment on the flotation effect of semi-coke. The results showed that the moisture of semi-coke obtained by pyrolysis at low temperature was mostly precipitated, the fixed carbon was more enriched, and the surface pore structure was developed. The specific surface area is large, which has a negative effect on flotation operation, and when the conventional flotation reagent is used, the fine coke yield is 53.79 and the ash is 5.66 when the pulp pH is 6.2nZeta potential -1.44mV. under the condition that the optimum condition of single factor is not changed, Using DOP as collector, flotation test was carried out. The final yield of fine coke at 800g / t was 58.62 and the ash content was the lowest from 9.57% to 5.07.The FTIR analysis showed that the physical and chemical adsorption of DOP on the surface of semi-coke and organic matter occurred simultaneously, and a variety of benzene rings were formed at the same time. Hydrophobic functional groups such as hydrocarbon groups and aromatic nuclei improve the flotation effect.
