順和煤礦副井井壁腐蝕破壞機(jī)理與防治措施研究

【摘要】:礦井井筒是礦山的咽喉,井筒的井壁結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性則決定著整個(gè)井筒的安全性。在井壁結(jié)構(gòu)的服役過程中,長期受到高礦化度水滲流作用,而水中的侵蝕性介質(zhì)會對井壁產(chǎn)生腐蝕作用。忽略地下水的腐蝕作用,必將高估井壁的使用壽命。本文針對順和煤礦副井井壁的腐蝕問題,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)場調(diào)查、現(xiàn)場取樣、室內(nèi)分析等方法對井壁受腐蝕狀況進(jìn)行研究,采用不同測試手段分析了腐蝕產(chǎn)物成分,探討了井壁腐蝕的影響因素。結(jié)合室內(nèi)有壓硫酸鈉溶液對砂漿的腐蝕試驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步研究了此類腐蝕發(fā)生的機(jī)理。最后提出了關(guān)于井壁腐蝕問題的防治措施。主要的研究成果如下:1)采用XRF和XRD方法,研究了井壁表面松散腐蝕物質(zhì)以及混凝土芯樣物質(zhì)的成分和含量,得到了井壁發(fā)生的地下水腐蝕類型,以及此類腐蝕發(fā)生的一般性機(jī)理。2)基于室內(nèi)有壓硫酸鈉溶液對砂漿的腐蝕試驗(yàn),得到在不同溶液壓力、不同溶液濃度下,砂漿試樣中物質(zhì)成分含量變化規(guī)律以及物相特征,進(jìn)一步研究了井壁腐蝕的發(fā)生機(jī)理。3)基于順和煤礦井壁腐蝕機(jī)理的研究成果,提出該礦和類似新建礦井的井壁結(jié)構(gòu)防治地下水腐蝕的措施。
[Abstract]:The wellbore is the throat of the mine, and the stability of the wellbore wall structure determines the safety of the whole wellbore. The corrosive medium in water will have corrosion effect on the shaft wall. Ignoring the corrosion effect of groundwater, the service life of shaft lining will be overestimated. In this paper, according to the corrosion problem of auxiliary shaft wall in Shunhe Coal Mine, the site investigation is used and the spot sampling is carried out. The corrosion condition of shaft wall was studied by laboratory analysis, the corrosion product components were analyzed by different test methods, and the influencing factors of well wall corrosion were discussed. The corrosion test of mortar with sodium sulfate solution was carried out in the laboratory. The mechanism of such corrosion is further studied. Finally, preventive measures are put forward on the corrosion of shaft lining. The main research results are as follows: 1) the XRF and XRD methods are adopted. In this paper, the composition and content of loose corrosion material and concrete core material on the wall surface are studied, and the corrosion types of underground water on the shaft wall are obtained. And the general mechanism of this kind of corrosion. 2) based on the corrosion test of the mortar with pressure sodium sulfate solution in laboratory, the change law and phase characteristics of the material composition in the mortar sample are obtained under different solution pressure and different solution concentration. Further study on the occurrence mechanism of wellbore corrosion. 3) based on the research results of Shunhe coal mine wall corrosion mechanism, the measures to prevent underground water corrosion of shaft wall structure of this mine and similar new mine are put forward.
