厚煤層殘煤超高水材料充填復采關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:煤炭是我國最重要的基礎(chǔ)能源,對于我國現(xiàn)代化建設的作用不言而喻。許多老礦井在開采初期,受到開采技術(shù)條件、管理水平、求進度重產(chǎn)量等原因的限制,遺留的殘煤儲量非?捎^。在煤炭可采資源愈發(fā)匱乏的情況下,如果能夠充分利用現(xiàn)有技術(shù)條件開展殘煤復采,將是能夠解決礦井可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑。論文利用現(xiàn)有研究成果,通過理論分析、數(shù)值計算,并結(jié)合瑞豐煤業(yè)工程實踐,研究了厚煤層殘煤復采條件下的超高水材料充填關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。論文主要包含以下內(nèi)容:1)研究厚煤層復采工作面覆巖活動規(guī)律特點,得出復采工作面殘煤巖體基本力學特征和頂板特征,以及復采工作面礦壓分布特征;2)對超高水充填材料的基本特點、充填體的受力特征以及超高水充填系統(tǒng)等做了分析論述;3)研究厚煤層超高水材料充填復采的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),包括復采巷道布置、采煤方法與工藝、設備選型與配套、超高水充填方法選擇以及頂板管理等,研究并提出了一種適合厚煤層殘煤超高水充填復采的新型支架;4)通過工程實踐,介紹了厚煤層超高水材料充填復采關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的應用情況,并通過礦壓觀測與地表觀測等活動,綜合分析了工程效果。
[Abstract]:Coal is the most important basic energy in our country, and it is self-evident for the modernization of our country. Many old mines are restricted by the technical conditions of mining, the level of management, the demand for heavy production and so on in the early stage of mining. The remaining coal reserves are considerable. In the case of increasing scarcity of recoverable coal resources, if the existing technical conditions can be fully utilized to carry out residual coal remining, It will be an effective way to solve the sustainable development of coal mine. This paper makes use of the existing research results, through theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, and combined with the practice of Ruifeng coal industry engineering, This paper studies the key technology of super-high water material filling under the condition of remining residual coal in thick coal seam. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the characteristics of overburden rock activity in thick coal seam mining face are studied. The basic mechanical characteristics and roof characteristics of residual coal and rock mass in remining face, as well as the distribution characteristics of mine pressure in remining face are obtained. The basic characteristics of super-high water filling material are obtained. The mechanical characteristics of filling body and ultra-high water filling system are analyzed and discussed in this paper) the key technology of remining with super-high water material filling in thick coal seam is discussed, including the layout of roadway, mining method and technology, equipment selection and matching, etc. The selection of super-high water filling method and roof management, a new type of support for remining with super high water filling and filling in thick coal seam is studied and put forward. Through engineering practice, the application of the key technology of remining with ultra-high water material in thick coal seam is introduced. The engineering effect is analyzed synthetically by ground pressure observation and surface observation.
