【摘要】：煤礦應急預案在煤礦事故救援中發(fā)揮著重要的指導作用,煤礦應急救援行動均需按照預案規(guī)定實施。在煤礦生產(chǎn)兩化融合的背景下,煤礦應急預案的信息化和智能化是解決當前預案內(nèi)容陳舊、管理落后、針對性弱等問題的現(xiàn)實途徑。研究煤礦應急預案自動生成技術(shù),開發(fā)應急預案管理系統(tǒng),有助于進一步推進預案管理的信息化和智能化。當煤礦突發(fā)事故來臨時,可幫助煤礦應急指揮者在第一時間拿出有針對性的處置方案來實施有效的救援。在對煤礦突發(fā)事件相關(guān)理論的研究和分析的基礎上,發(fā)現(xiàn)煤礦突發(fā)事件中存在的問題;將案例推理技術(shù)和規(guī)則推理技術(shù)相融合,給出了基于CBR和RBR混合推理模型,并利用該混合模型自動生成煤礦應急預案;在最近相鄰算法的基礎上提出差異相似度,改進了傳統(tǒng)的案例檢索算法中特征屬性不匹配問題,提高了預案檢索精度;當CBR在歷史預案庫中找不到和當前事故特征相匹配的案例時,采用規(guī)則推理的方法,利用RBR邏輯推理機,調(diào)用常用規(guī)則庫和基礎數(shù)據(jù)庫的內(nèi)容庫進行邏輯匹配,直至所有的條件都得到滿足后采停止調(diào)用,并生成結(jié)論。利用CBR-RBR混合推理模型設計了煤礦應急預案自動生成的原型系統(tǒng)。對系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析,設計了系統(tǒng)功能架構(gòu)、總體架構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)庫,并給出了系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)界面和測試結(jié)果。通過原型系統(tǒng)運行結(jié)果驗證,本文給出的預案自動生成技術(shù)能夠根據(jù)事故特征生成有針對性的預案。研究結(jié)果對于提高煤礦應急救援的效率具有一定的應用價值。
[Abstract]:The coal mine emergency plan plays an important guiding role in the coal mine accident rescue, and the coal mine emergency rescue action should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the plan. The information and intelligence of coal mine emergency plan is the realistic way to solve the problems of the current plan, such as obsolete content, backward management, weak pertinence and so on. The automatic generation technology of coal mine emergency plan is studied, and the emergency plan management system is developed. It is helpful to further promote the information and intelligence of the plan management. When the coal mine accident comes, It can help the coal mine emergency commander in the first time to put forward the targeted disposal plan to implement effective rescue. On the basis of the research and analysis of the theory of coal mine emergency, the problems existing in the coal mine emergency are found. A hybrid reasoning model based on CBR and RBR is presented by combining the CBR and rule-based reasoning techniques. The hybrid model is used to automatically generate the coal mine emergency plan, and the difference similarity degree is proposed based on the nearest neighbor algorithm. This paper improves the problem of feature attribute mismatch in the traditional case retrieval algorithm and improves the retrieval accuracy. When CBR can not find the case matching with the current accident feature in the historical plan database, the method of rule reasoning is adopted. By using the RBR logic inference machine, the common rule base and the content base of the basic database are called for logical matching until all the conditions are satisfied and the call is stopped. The prototype system of automatic generation of coal mine emergency plan is designed by using CBR-RBR hybrid reasoning model. The system function architecture, overall architecture and database are analyzed, and the function of the system is analyzed. The implementation interface and test results of the system are given, and the running results of the prototype system are verified. In this paper, the technology of automatic generation of contingency plans is presented, which can generate targeted plans according to the characteristics of accidents. The research results have certain application value for improving the efficiency of coal mine emergency rescue.
