重介旋流器系統(tǒng)對煤泥性質(zhì)的影響研究

【摘要】:煤炭作為我國的主體能源,占一次能源消費(fèi)比重的63%左右。并且在未來相當(dāng)長時期內(nèi),煤炭的主體能源地位不會改變。煤炭工業(yè)是關(guān)系國家經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈和能源安全的重要基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),F(xiàn)在我國的原煤入選率只在65%以上,這個比例在以后還會繼續(xù)增加。 煤泥水處理是整個選煤工藝中涉及面最廣、投資最大、最復(fù)雜、最難管理的工藝環(huán)節(jié),同時煤泥水處理也是選煤生產(chǎn)中最為薄弱的環(huán)節(jié),選煤廠能否正常生產(chǎn),首先要經(jīng)受住煤泥水系統(tǒng)的考驗(yàn),因此,要想做好選煤廠生產(chǎn)技術(shù)管理,就必須掌握煤泥量的多少。 隨著煤炭開采機(jī)械化程度的提高,開采過程中對原煤的破碎情況變的嚴(yán)重,致使煤炭在洗選加工過程中產(chǎn)生大量的高泥煤泥水,并且這種狀況日益凸顯,因此,泥化特征對煤炭的洗選加工效果以及煤泥水處理的影響就顯得更為重要。煤的泥化試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)也已成為設(shè)計選煤廠的基礎(chǔ)資料之一。 由于經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境的壓力促使著我國選煤工業(yè)向高效率、低成本的方向快速發(fā)展。分選精度高、操作方便、占地面積小、易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化的重介質(zhì)選煤技術(shù)(特別是大直徑重介質(zhì)旋流器)受到我國青睞,F(xiàn)在,以大型無壓給料三產(chǎn)品重介質(zhì)旋流器為主選設(shè)備的簡化重介質(zhì)選煤工藝已得到了較大范圍的推廣和應(yīng)用,使我國重介質(zhì)選煤技術(shù)處在國際先進(jìn)水平行列。重介質(zhì)選煤技術(shù)也已經(jīng)成為我國選煤工業(yè)發(fā)展的首選技術(shù)。 對于傳統(tǒng)跳汰選煤工藝的泥化資料已經(jīng)積累了相當(dāng)?shù)臄?shù)據(jù),在從事選煤生產(chǎn)或設(shè)計時,可以直接采用一些比較可靠的參考值。而對于新發(fā)展起來的重介質(zhì)旋流器選煤工藝,積累的泥化資料數(shù)據(jù)相對較少。 本文詳細(xì)論述了選煤廠的基本情況和采取煤樣時的煤質(zhì)資料,分析了旋流器在我國的應(yīng)用情況,闡述了試驗(yàn)的過程。本課題以有壓兩產(chǎn)品重介旋流器和無壓三產(chǎn)品重介旋流器為主要研究對象,通過對其入料的性質(zhì)、處理量和分選出的產(chǎn)品的分析,并通過計算得到它們所產(chǎn)生的次生煤泥量。通過本課題的研究不僅可以得到有壓兩產(chǎn)品重介旋流器和無壓三產(chǎn)品重介旋流器所產(chǎn)生的次生煤泥量,同時還可以對這兩種設(shè)備所產(chǎn)生次生煤泥量進(jìn)行對比分析,為以后的選煤廠設(shè)計和煤炭的洗選加工提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the main source of energy in China, coal accounts for about 63% of the primary energy consumption. The main energy status of coal will not change. The coal industry is an important basic industry related to the national economic lifeline and energy security. At present, the raw coal selection rate of our country is only over 65%, and this proportion will continue to increase in the future. Coal slime water treatment is the most extensive, investment, complex and most difficult to manage process in the whole coal preparation process. At the same time, slime water treatment is also the weakest link in coal preparation production. Can the coal preparation plant produce normally? First of all, the coal slurry system must be tested, so if we want to manage the production technology of coal preparation plant, we must master the amount of coal slime. With the improvement of mechanization of coal mining, the crushing of raw coal becomes serious in the process of mining, which results in a large amount of high mud slime water produced in the process of coal washing and processing, and this situation is becoming increasingly prominent. The effect of mudding characteristics on coal washing and processing and coal slurry treatment is more important, and the mudding test data have become one of the basic data for designing coal preparation plants. Because of the pressure of economy and environment, the coal preparation industry of our country develops rapidly in the direction of high efficiency and low cost. The separation precision is high, the operation is convenient, and the area is small. Heavy medium coal preparation technology (especially large diameter heavy medium cyclone), which is easy to automate, is popular in our country. The simplified heavy medium coal preparation process, which is based on a large pressure free feed three-product heavy medium cyclone as the main equipment, has been widely popularized and applied. The heavy medium coal preparation technology is in the international advanced level, and the heavy medium coal preparation technology has also become the first choice technology in the development of China's coal preparation industry. For the mudding data of traditional jig coal preparation process, considerable data have been accumulated, and some more reliable reference values can be directly used in coal preparation production or design. However, for the newly developed heavy medium cyclone coal preparation process, The accumulation of muddy data is relatively small. This paper discusses in detail the basic situation of the coal preparation plant and the coal quality data when the coal sample is taken, and analyzes the application of the hydrocyclone in our country. The main research object of this paper is the remedium cyclone with two products with pressure and the remedium cyclone with three products without pressure as the main research object, through the analysis of the properties of the feed, the amount of treatment and the products separated out, the main research object of this paper is the remedium cyclone with two products with pressure and three products without pressure. The secondary slime produced by them can not only be obtained by the research of this subject, but also by the secondary slime produced by the pressure two products heavy medium cyclone and the non pressure three product heavy medium cyclone. At the same time, the quantity of secondary coal slime produced by these two kinds of equipment can be compared and analyzed, which can provide reference basis for the design of coal preparation plant and the washing and processing of coal in the future.
