【摘要】：為保障國家經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展,煤炭行業(yè)竭盡了全力,作出了貢獻。為適應(yīng)常態(tài)化的供給側(cè)改革,煤炭行業(yè)必須研究資源經(jīng)濟學(xué)、環(huán)境經(jīng)濟學(xué),研究煤炭開采和利用及其與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)的科學(xué)技術(shù),以實現(xiàn)煤炭在保證安全、保護環(huán)境的前提下開發(fā),在環(huán)境容量內(nèi)使用。煤炭行業(yè)必須走安全綠色高效發(fā)展之路,實現(xiàn)由煤炭大國到煤炭強國的轉(zhuǎn)變。而要實現(xiàn)向煤炭強國的轉(zhuǎn)變,需要更多一流人才的支撐。我國煤炭類相關(guān)高校在人才培養(yǎng)方式上亟須加快改革創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the rapid development of national economy and society, the coal industry has done its utmost and made contributions. In order to adapt to the normal supply-side reform, the coal industry must study resource economics and environmental economics. This paper studies the science and technology of coal mining and utilization and its coordination with the environment, in order to realize the development of coal under the premise of ensuring safety and protecting the environment, and to use it within the environmental capacity, the coal industry must take the road of safe, green and efficient development. To realize the transformation from a big coal country to a coal power, and to realize the transformation from a coal power to a coal power, it is necessary to support more first-rate talents. Therefore, it is urgent for China's coal colleges and universities to speed up the reform and innovation in the way of personnel training.
