煤礦采掘作業(yè)人員情景意識(shí)可靠性的影響因素研究

【摘要】:作業(yè)人員的不安全行為是煤礦事故產(chǎn)生的主要致因因素,已有研究表明情景意識(shí)錯(cuò)誤是導(dǎo)致不安全行為的重要原因,是影響決策質(zhì)量和作業(yè)安全績(jī)效的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,研究煤礦作業(yè)人員的情景意識(shí)可靠性具有重要意義,可以為降低煤礦作業(yè)人員不安全行為的發(fā)生提供依據(jù),為降低我國煤礦安全事故發(fā)生率提供有力措施。本文以煤礦采掘作業(yè)人員為對(duì)象,利用貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論研究作業(yè)人員情景意識(shí)可靠性的影響因素。具體來講,本文首先基于煤礦操作規(guī)程,從環(huán)境、組織、任務(wù)、個(gè)人四個(gè)方面分析了影響感知、理解、預(yù)測(cè)的主要因素,并利用語義-數(shù)字概率方法確定了貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù),構(gòu)建出感知、理解、預(yù)測(cè)的貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,進(jìn)一步利用互信息值對(duì)參數(shù)獨(dú)立性進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。然后,利用因果和診斷推理技術(shù),對(duì)感知、理解、預(yù)測(cè)的貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型進(jìn)行分析,分別得到影響感知、理解、預(yù)測(cè)的主要因素。最后,利用串聯(lián)系統(tǒng)可靠性向量法,分析各層次的主要影響因素對(duì)情景意識(shí)可靠性的安全概率及失效概率影響大小,從而深層次推理出影響煤礦采掘作業(yè)人員SA可靠性的主要因素。研究結(jié)果表明:培訓(xùn)、自然環(huán)境、設(shè)備可靠性、個(gè)人素質(zhì)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)及注意力是影響感知的主要因素;影響理解的主要因素是培訓(xùn)和心智模式;心智模式和個(gè)人素質(zhì)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)是影響預(yù)測(cè)的主要因素。此外,心智模式是影響煤礦采掘作業(yè)人員SA可靠性的最主要因素,其次是個(gè)人素質(zhì)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)及培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:The unsafe behavior of workers is the main coal mine accidents due to factors, studies have shown that situational awareness mistakes is an important cause of unsafe behavior, is a key factor affecting the quality of decision making and operation safety performance. Therefore, has important significance to the coal mine workers situational awareness reliability research, can provide the basis for the occurrence of coal mine operators of unsafe behavior, in order to reduce the incidence rate of China's coal mine safety accident to provide effective measures. The mining workers in coal mine as the object, factors affecting the use of reliability situational awareness Bias network theory research workers. Specifically, based on the coal mine operation rules, from the environment, organization, task, four aspects of the individual analysis of the impact of perception, understanding, the main factors predicting, and Bias network parameters were determined by using probabilistic method, the semantic structure of digital. A perception, understanding, Bayesian network prediction model, further the use of mutual information values to test the parameters of independence. Then, using causal and diagnostic reasoning technology of perception, understanding, analysis of the Bayesian network model for predicting the effects of perception, understanding, respectively, the main factors of prediction. Finally, the reliability of a series system vector method, analysis of main factors affecting the level of situational awareness reliability safety probability and failure probability of effect size, thus the deep reasoning out the main factors affecting the coal mining workers SA reliability. The results show that the reliability of the natural environment, equipment, training, personal qualities and experience and attention are the main factors influencing the perception of the main influence factors; understand is training and mental model; mental models and personal qualities and experience are the main factors that influence the prediction. In addition, mental model It is the most important factor affecting the reliability of SA in coal mining workers, followed by personal quality, experience and training.
