刮板輸送機鋼珠離心式軟啟動裝置研究

【摘要】:刮板輸送機不僅是煤礦綜采工作面的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,而且對于安全生產(chǎn)與提高生產(chǎn)效率具有重要意義。目前,刮板輸送機軟啟動裝置主要包括:液力耦合器、CST軟啟動裝置等。但是,由于上述軟啟動裝置結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,造價較高,一般適用于大中型刮板輸送機。因此,針對中小型刮板輸送機設(shè)計了機械式軟啟動裝置。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:根據(jù)刮板輸送機軟啟動及其特點分析其負載特性,引入了鋼珠離心式軟啟動裝置;完成了鋼珠離心式軟啟動裝置的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,并建立其三維幾何模型,利用Abaqus軟件進行殼體和轉(zhuǎn)子的強度分析;對鋼珠離心式軟啟動裝置進行了動力學(xué)分析,分別考慮了轉(zhuǎn)速和鋼珠填充量對鋼珠離心式軟啟動裝置傳遞扭矩的影響;推導(dǎo)出了鋼珠離心式軟啟動裝置運行過程中溫度隨時間的變化公式關(guān)系,運用COMSOL軟件對鋼珠離心式軟啟動裝置殼體進行溫度與熱應(yīng)力分析;分析了鋼珠離心式軟啟動裝置殼體溫度與熱應(yīng)力受轉(zhuǎn)速,摩擦系數(shù),鋼珠填充量的影響程度,并具體分析了較高的溫度與熱應(yīng)力對鋼珠離心式軟啟動裝置殼體強度的影響。本研究對刮板輸送機軟啟動的研究與發(fā)展具有一定的促進作用。
[Abstract]:Scraper conveyer is not only the key equipment of fully mechanized coal mining face, but also plays an important role in safe production and improving production efficiency. At present, the soft starting device of scraper conveyer mainly includes: hydraulic coupler CST soft starting device, etc. Because of the complex structure and high cost of the soft starting device mentioned above, it is generally suitable for the large and medium-sized scraper conveyors. The main contents of this paper are as follows: according to the soft start of scraper conveyor and its characteristics, the load characteristic is analyzed, and the centrifugal soft start device of steel ball is introduced. The overall structure design of the ball centrifugal soft start device is completed, and its 3D geometry model is established. The strength analysis of the shell and rotor is carried out by using Abaqus software, and the dynamics analysis of the steel ball centrifugal soft start device is carried out. The effects of rotating speed and ball filling on the transfer torque of the ball centrifugal soft start device are considered respectively, and the relationship between temperature and time during the operation of the ball centrifugal soft start device is deduced. The temperature and thermal stress of the shell of the ball centrifugal soft start device are analyzed by using COMSOL software, and the influence degree of the temperature and thermal stress on the shell temperature and thermal stress by rotating speed, friction coefficient and the amount of steel ball filling are analyzed. The influence of high temperature and thermal stress on the strength of shell of centrifugal soft start device of steel bead is analyzed in detail, and this study can promote the research and development of soft start of scraper conveyor to some extent.
