高鉻型釩鈦磁鐵礦綜合利用現(xiàn)狀及進(jìn)展

【摘要】:高鉻型釩鈦磁鐵礦是一種典型的多金屬共伴生礦產(chǎn)資源,具有極高的綜合利用價(jià)值。目前主要的冶煉流程為高爐—轉(zhuǎn)爐。該工藝處理量大、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模大、技術(shù)成熟,但有價(jià)組元利用率低、資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重、環(huán)境負(fù)荷高。并且轉(zhuǎn)底爐、回轉(zhuǎn)窯等非高爐流程亦具有能耗高、鈦渣品位低活性差等一系列缺點(diǎn);跉饣Q爐直接還原的優(yōu)越性,研發(fā)了高鉻型釩鈦礦氧化造塊—?dú)饣Q爐直接還原—熔分新工藝。高鉻型釩鈦礦適宜氧化焙燒條件為1 300℃下焙燒20min;在1 100℃、V(H2)/V(CO)=5/2條件下還原35min,還原率達(dá)95%;最佳熔分條件為配碳比1.2,熔分溫度1 650℃、熔分時(shí)間45min、CaF2配量2%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),堿度1.1。該種工藝下鐵、釩、鉻、鈦收得率分別約為99%、98%、95%和95%,實(shí)現(xiàn)了有價(jià)組元的高效分離,是高鉻型釩鈦礦高效低碳綜合利用的首選技術(shù)之一,為攀枝花釩鈦礦的綜合利用提供了參考。
