撫順東露天礦油頁巖臺(tái)階爆破參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:爆破是露天開采的首要工序,直接影響露天礦山的安全效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。撫順東露天礦油頁巖爆破后大塊率、尾礦率較高,嚴(yán)重影響礦山經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,降低大塊及尾礦的發(fā)生率是撫順東露天礦亟待解決的重要問題之一。論文以撫順東露天礦油頁巖臺(tái)階爆破為研究背景,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、理論分析、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)、圖像處理等手段和方法,研究了不同爆破參數(shù)下油頁巖爆破塊度的變化,從而確定最優(yōu)爆破參數(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明,在該露天礦山,爆破塊度預(yù)測(cè)最準(zhǔn)確的模型為圖像分析預(yù)測(cè)模型,油頁巖臺(tái)階爆破過程中,對(duì)爆破塊度影響較大的因素為炸藥單耗、炸藥波阻抗、鉆孔直徑及炮孔密集系數(shù)。確定最優(yōu)炸藥單耗為0.16~0.175kg/m3;最優(yōu)波阻抗為600Kg.s-1.cm-2;最優(yōu)布孔方式為120mm孔徑鉆機(jī),矩形布孔,孔距5m排距5m。該方案對(duì)撫順東露天礦油頁巖爆破具有指導(dǎo)性意義,為國內(nèi)外類似條件下的爆破參數(shù)優(yōu)化具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Blasting is the primary process of open-pit mining, which directly affects the safety and economic benefits of open-pit mines. In Fushun East Open-pit Coal Mine, the rate of large blocks and tailings is high, which seriously affects the economic benefits of mines. Reducing the occurrence rate of bulk and tailings is one of the important problems to be solved in Fushun East Open-pit Mine. Based on the research background of oil shale bench blasting in Fushun East Open-pit Mine, field investigation, theoretical analysis and field test are used in this paper. By means of image processing and other methods, the variation of the fragmentation of oil shale blasting under different blasting parameters is studied, and the optimum blasting parameters are determined. The results show that in this open pit mine. The most accurate model for predicting blasting fragmentation is image analysis and prediction model. In the process of oil shale bench blasting, the factors that have a great influence on blasting fragmentation are explosive unit consumption and explosive wave impedance. The borehole diameter and borehole density coefficient. The optimum explosive unit consumption is 0.16 ~ 0.175 kg / m ~ (3); The optimum wave impedance is 600Kg.s-1.cm-2; The optimum drilling method is 120mm hole drill, rectangular hole layout and 5 m hole spacing. This method is of guiding significance for oil shale blasting in Fushun East Open-pit Mine. It can be used for reference for the optimization of blasting parameters under similar conditions at home and abroad.
