基于交叉點(diǎn)法的煤自燃低溫氧化階段特性和關(guān)鍵參數(shù)

【摘要】:煤炭開采過程中,由煤自燃引起的礦井火災(zāi)是煤礦主要災(zāi)害之一。交叉點(diǎn)溫度法(CPT)是測試煤自燃傾向性指標(biāo)及溫升特性參數(shù)的一種實(shí)驗(yàn)方法;诮徊纥c(diǎn)溫度法,通過程序升溫測試系統(tǒng)對0.45~0.60 mm粒徑的煙煤在氧體積分?jǐn)?shù)分別為20.65%,17.80%,13.62%,10.49%,5.00%和3.00%的貧氧環(huán)境中分別進(jìn)行了升溫測試。通過煤體溫升速率、爐溫與煤溫溫差特性以及耗氧規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合程序升溫過程煤樣產(chǎn)熱速率特性曲線,將煤自燃低溫氧化過程劃分為4個階段:階段Ⅰ-無反應(yīng)階段,階段II-吸熱階段,階段Ⅲ-快速放熱階段,階段Ⅳ-穩(wěn)定放熱階段。同時通過對煤自燃升溫過程能量守恒公式進(jìn)行歸一化處理,加熱爐體與煤體溫差在階段Ⅰ和階段Ⅳ分別為由ατ和(B-1)ατ決定,而在階段Ⅲ出現(xiàn)交叉點(diǎn)溫度必須滿足B1這一條件,經(jīng)對比實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)契合理論推導(dǎo)結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In the coal mining process. The coal mine fire caused by coal spontaneous combustion is one of the main disasters in coal mine. The cross point temperature method (CPT) is an experimental method to test the coal spontaneous combustion tendency index and temperature rise characteristic parameter, based on the cross point temperature method. The oxygen volume fraction of 0.45 ~ 0.60 mm diameter bituminous coal is 20.65% and 17.80% 13.62% and 10.49% respectively by temperature programmed test system. In 5.00% and 3.00% oxygen poor environment, the temperature rise rate of coal body, the characteristics of furnace temperature and coal temperature difference, and the law of oxygen consumption were analyzed by means of the temperature rise rate of coal body, the characteristics of furnace temperature and coal temperature difference, and the law of oxygen consumption.
