陽離子對嗜酸氧化亞鐵硫桿菌氧化活性的影響

【摘要】:以嗜酸氧化亞鐵硫桿菌(Acidthiobacillus ferrooxidans,At.f,FN811931)為研究對象,研究了脈石礦物溶出陽離子(K~+,Mg~(2+),Ca~(2+)和Al~(3+))對At.f菌氧化活性的影響。研究結果表明:不同陽離子對At.f菌氧化活性的影響效應不同,其影響由大到小的順序依次為Mg~(2+),Al~(3+),K+,Ca~(2+),當Mg~(2+),Al~(3+),K~+濃度分別超過1,5,10 g·L~(-1)時顯著降低了At.f菌的氧化活性,而Ca~(2+)在所研究0~2 g·L~(-1)濃度范圍內對At.f菌氧化活性影響不大。培養(yǎng)25 h時,低濃度條件下(0.5 g·L~(-1)),K+,Ca~(2+),Al~(3+),Mg~(2+)作用下的Fe~(2+)的氧化率分別為67.78%,68.76%,65.27%,61.28%,均高于不添加任何離子作用下的Fe~(2+)的氧化率(60.74%);高濃度條件下(15 g·L~(-1)),K+,Al~(3+),Mg~(2+)作用下的Fe~(2+)的氧化率分別為35.82%,25.25%,21.47%,均低于不添加任何離子作用下的Fe~(2+)的氧化率。陽離子Mg~(2+),Al~(3+),K~+隨離子濃度的增加,Fe~(2+)的氧化率均呈現(xiàn)逐漸降低的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Acidthiobacillus ferrooxidans At.fn811931 was used as the research object. In this paper, the dissolution of cationic (K ~ + mg ~ (2)) from gangue minerals was studied. The effects of Ca~(2 and Al~(3 on the oxidation activity of At.f bacteria were studied. The results showed that the effect of different cations on the oxidation activity of At.f bacteria was different. The order of its influence from big to small is Mg~(2 / Altinium 3 / K / K ~ 2 / C, respectively, when the concentration of Mg~(2 is more than 1 ~ 5 / L. The order of the effect is as follows: (1) the order of the effect is as follows: (1) K ~ (+) ~ (3). (10 g 路L ~ (-1)) significantly decreased the oxidation activity of At.f. However, Ca~(2 had little effect on the oxidation activity of At.f in the concentration range of 0 ~ 2 g 路L ~ (-1). Under the condition of low concentration, 0. 5 g 路L ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (1) ~ (1) ~ (1) ~ (?). The oxidation rate of Fe~(2 under the action of Mg~(2 was 67.78% and 68.76%, 65.27% and 61.28%, respectively. The oxidation rate of Fe~(2 was 60.74% higher than that of Fe~(2 without adding any ions. The oxidation rates of Fe~(2 under high concentration (15 g 路L ~ (-1)) are 35.82% and 25.25%, respectively. 21.47 the oxidation rate of Fe~(2 was lower than that of Fe~(2 without adding any ions. The oxidation rate of cationic Mg~(2 was increased with the increase of ion concentration. The oxidation rate of Fe~(2 decreased gradually.
