充填回收房式煤柱采場煤柱穩(wěn)定性分析

【摘要】:為了提供充填回收房式煤柱采場圍巖穩(wěn)定性分析的理論依據(jù),采用理論分析和數(shù)學(xué)推導(dǎo)對充填體-煤柱共同支撐下的圍巖力學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)煤柱區(qū)域彈性地基系數(shù)kp、充實(shí)率φ、頂板抗彎剛度EI、覆巖載荷q是影響煤柱穩(wěn)定性的主要控制因素;趶椥缘鼗豪碚摻⒘隧敯鍘r梁的撓度方程,提出了煤柱區(qū)域及充填體的彈性地基系數(shù)計(jì)算方法,推導(dǎo)出了充實(shí)率對煤柱受力、頂板下沉量、采場應(yīng)力分布特征的計(jì)算方程組,并建立了煤柱穩(wěn)定性的評價(jià)公式。
[Abstract]:In order to provide the theoretical basis for the stability analysis of surrounding rock in the stope of backfill house type coal pillar, the mechanical structure of surrounding rock supported by backfill and coal pillar is studied by theoretical analysis and mathematical derivation. It is found that the coefficient of elastic foundation in coal pillar area is Kp, the filling ratio is 蠁, and the bending stiffness of roof is ei. The overburden Q is the main controlling factor affecting the stability of coal pillar. Based on the theory of elastic foundation beam, the deflection equation of roof and slate beam is established, and the calculation method of elastic foundation coefficient of coal pillar area and backfill is presented. The equations for calculating the stress of coal pillar, the amount of roof subsidence and the characteristics of stress distribution in stope are derived, and the evaluation formula for the stability of coal pillar is established.
