【摘要】:伊利石是一種黏土礦物,在陶瓷工業(yè)、造紙工業(yè)、橡塑制品填料、化肥工業(yè)、建筑業(yè)、環(huán)保行業(yè)、精細(xì)化工等領(lǐng)域有廣泛應(yīng)用,而且其應(yīng)用范圍還在不斷拓展。伊利石為極性且親水的礦物,然而塑料、橡膠等一些有機(jī)高聚物等具有非極性的疏水表面,如若將它們直接混合在一起,各自的疏水性不同,它們的相容性也有一些差距,使二種物料混合不均勻,導(dǎo)致伊利石黏土礦物的應(yīng)用受到極大的限制。因此,在應(yīng)用前需對(duì)伊利石進(jìn)行改性處理,使其表面疏水性提高,才可用作有機(jī)高聚物和橡塑制品的填料。伊利石礦物原料以不同的方式進(jìn)行改性處理,可分別用作橡膠、塑料、樹脂、涂料等有機(jī)聚合物的填充原料或染色劑。近年來,伊利石的采選、增白、改性等綜合研究及深層次開發(fā)利用已經(jīng)開展起來。根據(jù)伊利石原礦品質(zhì)的差異,經(jīng)不同程度和不同方式的深加工,伊利石可作不同層次的應(yīng)用。本文主要對(duì)伊利石表面改性及改性后的產(chǎn)物的性能進(jìn)行了初步研究。采用一種新型的陽離子表面活性劑并用微波輔助的方法對(duì)精制后的伊利石進(jìn)行改性,考察了不同溫度及改性劑加入量分別為0.6CEC、1.0CEC、1.4CEC、1.8CEC時(shí)對(duì)改性效果的影響,對(duì)改性后的產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行表征。通過XRD,SEM,IR,TG表征手段表明,伊利石表面改性成功。通過對(duì)伊利石/PVC的力學(xué)性能研究表明,在改性劑加入量為1.0倍CEC、伊利石添加量為6phr時(shí)效果最佳。同時(shí),伊利石原礦土呈粘土狀,摻雜石塊和植物枝干等雜質(zhì),在進(jìn)行改性之前先對(duì)伊利石原礦進(jìn)行打漿、精制。并結(jié)合實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需要對(duì)伊利石礦土的水力打漿生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),確定了年處理礦土量為5萬噸設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)及參數(shù),轉(zhuǎn)筒筒體直徑3 m,長度10 m,螺旋推進(jìn)板高度0.5 m,相鄰板間距0.5 m,轉(zhuǎn)筒轉(zhuǎn)速0.3 m/s。對(duì)設(shè)備主要部件進(jìn)行說明,提出了設(shè)備制造、安裝、操作時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng)。
[Abstract]:Illite is a clay mineral, which is widely used in ceramic industry, paper industry, rubber and plastic products packing, chemical fertilizer industry, construction industry, environmental protection industry, fine chemical industry and so on. Illite is a polar and hydrophilic mineral, but some organic polymers such as plastics and rubber have non-polar hydrophobic surfaces if they are directly mixed together. Because of their different hydrophobicity and their compatibility, the two materials are mixed inhomogeneously, and the application of Illite clay minerals is greatly restricted. Illite must be modified to improve its hydrophobicity before it can be used as fillers for organic polymers and rubber and plastic products. Illite mineral raw materials are modified in different ways. Can be used as rubber, plastic, resin, paint and other organic polymer filling raw materials or chromatin. In recent years, Illite selection, whitening. Comprehensive research and deep development and utilization have been carried out. According to the quality difference of Illite ore, it has been processed in different degree and in different ways. Illite can be used in different levels. In this paper, the properties of the surface modification and the modified products of Illite are studied. A new cationic surfactant and microwave assisted method are used to refine the Illite. The Illite was modified. The effect of different temperature and the amount of modifier on the modification effect was investigated when the content of the modifier was 0.6 CEC 1.0 CEC 1. 4 CEC 1. 8 CEC. The modified product was characterized by XRDX SEM IR TG. The results showed that the surface modification of Illite was successful and the mechanical properties of Illite / PVC were studied. When the amount of modifier is 1.0 times CECand the content of Illite is 6phr, the effect is the best. At the same time, the Illite original soil is clay like, mixed with impurity such as stone and plant branch. Before the modification, the Illite raw ore was pulped and refined, and the hydraulic beating production equipment of Illite soil was designed in combination with the actual production. The structure and parameters of the equipment for treating 50,000 tons of ore soil per year are determined. The diameter of the cylinder is 3 m, the length is 10 m, the height of the spiral propelling plate is 0.5 m, and the distance between the adjacent plates is 0.5 m. The rotation speed of the rotary cylinder is 0.3 m / s. The main components of the equipment are described, and the points for attention in the manufacture, installation and operation of the equipment are put forward.
