【摘要】:對(duì)包頭稀土弱磁尾礦添加煤、Ca(OH)_2和NaOH,進(jìn)行了一步法焙燒—弱磁選回收實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,考察了焙燒溫度、焙燒時(shí)間對(duì)弱磁尾礦磁化率的影響以及磁場強(qiáng)度、礦漿流速、礦漿濃度對(duì)磁選產(chǎn)品的回收率和品位的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在焙燒溫度650℃,焙燒時(shí)間60 min,粗選磁場強(qiáng)度160 m T,精選磁場強(qiáng)度100 m T,礦漿流速0.80 cm/s,礦漿濃度液固比25∶1條件下,可以從全鐵品位14.10%,稀土品位9.45%的稀土弱磁尾礦中獲得全鐵品位57.10%、回收率為70.44%的磁選精礦,REO品位12.27%、回收率為95.92%的磁選尾礦。
[Abstract]:The effect of roasting temperature , firing time on the magnetic susceptibility of weak magnetic tailings and the influence of magnetic field intensity , ore pulp flow rate and pulp concentration on recovery and grade of magnetic separation products were investigated .
