【摘要】：針對深井大斷面沿空留巷底鼓劇烈,防控難度大,以顧橋煤礦1115(1)工作面地質(zhì)條件為工程背景,利用FLAC~(3D)三維數(shù)值模擬軟件研究了深井大斷面沿空留巷分階段底鼓特征。研究結(jié)果表明:從開掘到報(bào)廢留巷底鼓嚴(yán)重,掘巷階段就產(chǎn)生較大的底鼓量,一次采動階段底板變形繼續(xù)增大,二次采動階段底板變形更加劇烈,底鼓量累計(jì)超過1 000 mm,其中掘巷、一次采動及二次采動3個(gè)階段的底鼓量分別達(dá)到總底鼓量的21%、32%、47%。一次采動影響下工作面前方30 m至工作面后方60m范圍內(nèi)巷道底鼓劇烈,應(yīng)作為底鼓防治的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域。研究成果可為深井大斷面沿空留巷底鼓防控提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In view of the strong bottom bulging along the gob and the difficulty of prevention and control, the geological conditions of the working face of Guqiao Coal Mine 11151are taken as the engineering background. Three dimensional numerical simulation software was used to study the characteristics of bottom bulging along the goaf of large cross section in deep wells. The results show that the bottom heave is serious from excavation to abandoned retaining roadway. At the stage of roadway excavation, a large amount of floor heave is produced, the deformation of bottom plate in the first mining stage continues to increase, and in the second mining stage, the deformation of the bottom plate is more severe, and the accumulative amount of the bottom drum is more than 1 000 mm, among which the roadway is excavated. The volume of bottom drum in the three stages of primary and secondary mining is up to 21% of the total volume of bottom drum, respectively. 47. Under the influence of single mining, the roadway floor heaving is severe in the range of 30m from the front of the face to 60m behind the working face. The research results can provide guidance for the prevention and control of bottom drum along the large cross section of deep well.
