【摘要】:湖北某高鈣云母型含釩石煤中礦物被碳質(zhì)深度浸染,浮選前需要焙燒脫碳。通過熱重-差示掃描量熱(TG-DSC)、傅里葉紅外光譜(FTIR)、X射線衍射(XRD)等分析測試手段對原礦及不同溫度焙燒脫碳樣進行了表征分析,探討了不同溫度脫碳對浮選行為的影響。結(jié)果表明,該含釩石煤隨著焙燒溫度的升高,依次發(fā)生黃鐵礦氧化、碳質(zhì)的燃燒、方解石的分解等反應(yīng)。600~700℃,碳質(zhì)和黃鐵礦基本消失,云母八面體結(jié)構(gòu)未被破壞,方解石部分分解,固硫后剩余的CaO使浮選礦漿pH值升高,Ca~(2+)濃度增大。浮選試驗結(jié)果表明,隨焙燒溫度的提高,碳質(zhì)逐漸脫除,礦物表面性質(zhì)差異擴大,脫碳樣的浮選效果比原礦有明顯改善。650℃脫碳樣浮選,由于Ca~(2+)的活化作用,石英被油酸鈉捕收,可得產(chǎn)率為21.10%,V_2O_5品位為0.36%的尾礦產(chǎn)品,釩損失率僅為10.05%,精礦的V_2O_5品位為0.95%。700℃脫碳時,礦漿過高的pH值和Ca~(2+)含量使微細顆粒發(fā)生無選擇性聚沉,消耗大量的油酸鈉,不利于浮選的進行。
[Abstract]:The minerals in a high calcium mica type vanadium bearing stone coal in Hubei Province are soaking deeply by carbonaceous material, which needs to be roasted for decarbonization before flotation. The TG-DSCC (TG-DSCN) and FTIRs are obtained by thermogravimetric differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSCN). The decarburization samples of raw ore and calcined at different temperatures were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and XRD, and the effects of decarbonization at different temperatures on flotation behavior were discussed. With the increase of calcination temperature, pyrite oxidation, carbonaceous combustion, calcite decomposition and so on occurred at 700 鈩,
