卸壓鉆孔對(duì)巷道煤體卸壓效應(yīng)的數(shù)值分析及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為研究卸壓鉆孔對(duì)巷道煤體卸壓效應(yīng)的作用,通過FLAC~(2D)數(shù)值模擬軟件,分別模擬不同埋深條件下鉆孔直徑以及鉆孔間距對(duì)鉆孔卸壓效果的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:1在實(shí)施鉆孔卸壓之后,鉆孔左右兩側(cè)應(yīng)力集中,鉆孔上下兩側(cè)形成應(yīng)力降低區(qū);同時(shí),鉆孔孔徑越大,鉆孔卸壓效果越好;鉆孔間距越小,卸壓效果越好;2相同鉆孔孔徑進(jìn)行卸壓,鉆孔間距較小時(shí)卸壓帶高度和煤層埋深基本成正比例關(guān)系,隨著鉆孔間距的增大,卸壓帶高度基本不隨埋深的變大而變化;3相同的鉆孔參數(shù)進(jìn)行鉆孔卸壓,煤層埋深越大卸壓效果越好,同時(shí)為了更好地防治沖擊礦壓,不同的埋深的煤層應(yīng)選擇合理的鉆孔參數(shù)。將模擬分析結(jié)果應(yīng)用到徐莊煤礦7192工作面,起到了很好的卸壓效果。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of pressure relief drilling on the relief effect of roadway coal body, the numerical simulation software FLACU 2D was used. The effects of borehole diameter and borehole spacing on the borehole pressure relief under different burying depth were simulated respectively. The results show that the stress concentration on the left and right sides of the borehole is concentrated after the implementation of the borehole pressure relief. The stress reduction zone is formed on the upper and lower sides of the borehole; At the same time, the bigger the hole diameter is, the better the pressure relief effect is. The smaller the borehole spacing, the better the pressure relief effect; (2) for the same borehole diameter, the pressure relief zone height is proportional to the coal seam depth when the borehole spacing is small. With the increase of the borehole spacing, the pressure relief zone height basically does not change with the increase of the buried depth; (3) with the same drilling parameters, the greater the buried depth of coal seam, the better the pressure relief effect, and at the same time, in order to better prevent and cure the impact rock pressure. Reasonable drilling parameters should be selected for different buried coal seams, and the simulation analysis results are applied to the 7192 face of Xuzhuang Coal Mine, which has a good pressure relief effect.
