【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)液固流化床處理難選物料效果較差、且其設(shè)備處理量有待進(jìn)一步提高等問(wèn)題,提出了在垂直段流化床基礎(chǔ)上增設(shè)傾斜板段從而將流態(tài)化作用與傾斜板沉降作用結(jié)合起來(lái)以改善分離效果的新思路。從顆粒運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的角度闡述了液固流化床中傾斜板對(duì)物料沉降、分離過(guò)程及處理量提升等方面的作用機(jī)理。論文以單一顆粒的自由沉降過(guò)程為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)矢量計(jì)算、理論推導(dǎo)和幾何關(guān)系應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的方法,建立了傾斜板通道中顆粒基于自由沉降末速與設(shè)備尺寸、上升水速關(guān)系的動(dòng)力學(xué)理論模型,描述了顆粒在沉降、分離及臨界運(yùn)動(dòng)等不同情形下的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律。通過(guò)自行設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)備模型機(jī)和試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證與修正。提出了利用單一顆粒的速度矢量描述運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的思路,并建立了單特性顆粒在傾斜板通道中的運(yùn)動(dòng)模型:通過(guò)不同粒度的玻璃顆粒(0.2-0.4mm、0.4-0.6mm、0.6-0.8mm)及磁鐵礦(0.2-0.3mm、0.3-0.5mm)試驗(yàn)軌跡測(cè)定分析,結(jié)果表明理論模型計(jì)算值與顆粒實(shí)際運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律較接近,在上升水速較低時(shí)模型預(yù)測(cè)越準(zhǔn)確,且對(duì)大粒度、大密度的物料預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果更好。引入懸浮液濃度從干擾沉降的角度對(duì)模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證和修正,所得表達(dá)式為:根據(jù)單一特性物料的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡理論模型,推導(dǎo)出了兩種特性顆粒同時(shí)沉降分離時(shí)的運(yùn)動(dòng)位移差異的理論模型:,并提出了傾斜板有效分離長(zhǎng)度比和分離效率。提出了利用不同特性顆粒的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡差異解釋流化床中增設(shè)傾斜板以提高分離精度的作用機(jī)理。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)Lpd隨著入料量及水量的增大而變大,但入料量的影響程度要遠(yuǎn)大于上升水速。傾斜板有效分離長(zhǎng)度比k和分離效率η均隨著水速的提高而變小、隨著入料量的增大而變大,當(dāng)入料量在50g-200g時(shí),k值約介于2.5-8之間,η值集中在70-90%之間。通過(guò)對(duì)傾斜板通道中臨界顆粒的運(yùn)動(dòng)研究,提出了傾斜板對(duì)提高處理量的理論表達(dá)式1,得到了臨界顆粒運(yùn)動(dòng)滿(mǎn)足的條件:,并以此為基礎(chǔ)提出了沉降效率表達(dá)式:。通過(guò)濃度對(duì)臨界水速與沉降效率的影響研究發(fā)現(xiàn),臨界水速和沉降效率均隨入料量增大而變小。最低入料量(50g)時(shí)臨界水速可達(dá)顆粒沉降末速的2.5倍。當(dāng)入料量為50-400g時(shí)沉降效率處于0.45-0.7之間。論文從顆粒運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的角度,通過(guò)模型建立和試驗(yàn)分析,對(duì)液固流化床中傾斜板增大處理量及提高分選精度的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行了定性及定量描述,研究結(jié)果對(duì)于后續(xù)可能的流化床中傾斜板結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和操作具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)際價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In view of the traditional liquid-solid fluidized bed treatment difficult to choose the material effect is poor, and its equipment treatment capacity needs to be further improved and so on. A new idea to improve separation effect by adding inclined plate section to vertical fluidized bed is put forward. The liquid-solid fluidized bed is expounded from the point of view of particle motion dynamics. Medium inclined plate for material settlement. Based on the free settlement process of single particle, the paper combines the method of vector calculation, theoretical derivation and geometric relation application. Based on the relationship between the final velocity of free settlement and the size of the equipment and the rising water velocity, the dynamic model of the particle in the inclined plate channel is established, and the settlement of the particle is described. The motion law under different conditions, such as separation and critical motion, is verified and modified by the self-designed equipment model machine and test system. The idea of describing the motion law by using the velocity vector of a single particle is put forward. Road. The motion model of single characteristic particles in inclined plate channel was established: 0.2-0.4mm / 0.4-0.6mm glass particles with different sizes were used. (0.6-0.8mm) and magnetite (0.2-0.3mm / 0.3-0.5mm). The results show that the calculated values of the theoretical model are close to the actual movement of particles. The more accurate the model is when the rising water velocity is low, and the better prediction result is for the material with large particle size and large density. The suspension concentration is introduced to verify and revise the model from the angle of interference settlement. The formula is as follows: according to the theoretical model of the motion trajectory of a single characteristic material, the theoretical model of the difference of motion displacement between two characteristic particles when they are separated simultaneously by settlement is derived: 1. The effective separation length ratio and separation efficiency of tilting plate are proposed, and the mechanism of adding tilting plate to improve separation accuracy in fluidized bed is explained by using the difference of motion trajectory of particles with different characteristics. The experimental results show that the separation accuracy can be improved by experiments. Lpd increased with the increase of feed and water content. The effective separation length ratio k and separation efficiency 畏 both decrease with the increase of water velocity and become larger with the increase of feed rate. When the feed volume is 50g-200g, the K value is between 2.5-8 and 畏 value is between 70-90%. The motion of critical particles in the inclined plate channel is studied. The theoretical expression of the tilting plate to increase the handling capacity is put forward, and the conditions of the critical particle motion are obtained as follows: 1. On the basis of this, we put forward the settlement efficiency expression:. Through the study of the influence of concentration on critical water velocity and settlement efficiency, we find out. The critical water velocity and sedimentation efficiency decrease with the increase of feed intake. The critical water velocity can reach 2.5 times of the final velocity of particle settlement. The sedimentation efficiency is between 0.45-0.7 when the feed volume is 50-400g. Through modeling and experimental analysis, the mechanism of increasing treatment capacity and separation accuracy of inclined plate in liquid-solid fluidized bed is described qualitatively and quantitatively. The results are of theoretical significance and practical value for the design and operation of inclined plate structure in the following possible fluidized bed.
