【摘要】：利用帶耗散功能的石英晶體微天平研究十二烷基磺酸鈉在Fe_2O_3石英晶體諧振器表面的吸附動力學(xué)及吸附層構(gòu)象.結(jié)果表明:十二烷基磺酸鈉在赤鐵礦表面的吸附是一個快速達(dá)到吸附平衡的過程,p H值對十二烷基磺酸鈉的吸附影響較為明顯,p H值在3~9的范圍內(nèi),隨著p H值增加,藥劑吸附層黏彈性逐漸增大,吸附層穩(wěn)定性減弱,赤鐵礦回收率逐漸下降,十二烷基磺酸鈉的吸附過程只有一個吸附階段,且吸附過程符合準(zhǔn)一級動力學(xué)模型,吸附層不發(fā)生明顯構(gòu)象變化;當(dāng)p H值為10和11時(shí),十二烷基磺酸鈉吸附量明顯增加,赤鐵礦回收率也開始回升,吸附過程存在多個吸附階段,吸附的第一階段符合準(zhǔn)二級動力學(xué)模型,吸附的第二階段符合Elovich方程,并且隨著吸附的進(jìn)行,吸附層發(fā)生明顯構(gòu)象變化.
[Abstract]:The adsorption kinetics of sodium 12 alkyl sulfonate on the surface of Fe_2O_3 quartz crystal resonator and the conformation of adsorption layer were studied by using a quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation function. The adsorption of sodium 12 alkyl sulfonate on hematite surface is a rapid process to achieve adsorption equilibrium. The influence of pH value on the adsorption of sodium 12 alkyl sulfonate is obvious in the range of 3 ~ 9. With the increase of pH value, the viscoelasticity of the adsorption layer increases and the stability of the adsorption layer weakens. The recovery rate of hematite decreased gradually, and the adsorption process of sodium 12 alkyl sulfonate was only one stage, and the adsorption process was in accordance with the quasi-first-order kinetic model, and the adsorption layer had no obvious conformation change. When pH values were 10 and 11:00, the adsorption capacity of sodium 12 alkyl sulfonate was obviously increased, and the recovery rate of hematite began to rise, and there were several adsorption stages in the adsorption process. The first stage of adsorption accords with the quasi-second-order kinetic model, and the second stage of adsorption conforms to the Elovich equation.
